75mq modern flat, top floor, bright and quiet: - a big and comfortable living room with open-style and fully equipped kitchen and a big sofa bed - 1 kids room with a single/double bed - 1 bedroom with a loft bed and working corner* - 1 large bathroom with shower and bathtub - small and private balcony *This small room is a passageway room and it’s connected to the big one through a door. ATTENTION: We have two cat that obviously will not be at home during your stay. But if you are very allergic, I ask you to let me know in advance. MIN NIGHTS: 4 END-OF-STAY CLEANING: we ask for a €50 contribution THE BUILDING It's very quiet day and night because it overlooks a central yard. It's a typical Milanese building called “di ringhiera”, a vintage house of the early ‘900s where all the apartments overlook the central yard through a balcony. Our part of balcony is private because we live on the top floor and in the final part of the building. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Our neighborhood is called NOLO, (North of Loreto) It's very multicultural and close to the city center. - really closed to the metro station Pasteur and Loreto - closed to the Central Station - 10 minutes walk to Buenos Aires, famous shopping street - 10 minutes by metro/bike to Duomo You can find everything you need: supermarkets, bakeries, groceries, restaurants, pharmacy.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD Our neighborhood is called NOLO, (North of Loreto). It's very multicultural and close to the city center. Nre to the city center, It's very multicultural and lively, and is experiencing a great rebirth. Many young families, artists and creative people have decided, like us, to live in this neighborhood by opening small galleries, co-working and bars and local restaurants.. - really closed to the metro station Pasteur and Loreto - closed to the Central Station - 10 minutes walk to Buenos Aires, famous shopping street - 10 minutes by metro/bike to Duomo You can find everything you need: supermarkets, bakeries, groceries, restaurants, pharmacy. For those who want to visit the city is very convenient because there are 2 different subway stops and is only 10/15 min by bicycle from Duomo. If you want also visit other Italian cities, you can reach the Central Station in a few minutes by subway or taxi.

We love our home because is always sunny and bright. It's on the top floor and very quiet because all the windows overlook the central yard. We love to spend our family time in the big living room, cooking, reading and playing with our daughter. We really like our neighborhood . Very lively, "old Milano" style and with people of different nationalities. Crossing the street, there is a big and beautiful park where we spend our free time and which includes my daughter school.
