It is 10 minutes walking distance to the beach and 15 minutes to Lagos city. With a good balcony with barbecue, table and chairs and even a hamak. From the balcony you have a spectacular view to the Meia-Praia beach. Lagos has 3 golf caps if you are Golf lovers. Lagos is a wonderful city. There are many lovely treks around to trek or to bike.

Condominio do mar is next to Lagos Marina where there are day and night animation. It is close to the Palmares Golf Course. Lagos is a city with a lot of life. We especially like Lagos in the spring (April and May) and Autumn (September and October) when the sea water is warmer. You can visit Ponta da Piedade and its caves by boat. You can hike the cliffs of Lagos to Ponta da Piedade and the Monchique mountain range. Sailing can be done in the sailing club. You can bike or trekk also.

They do the maintenance, cleaning after exchange and provide sheets and towels. We have to request to support the cost of an enterprise that do the management and cleaning fee ( 60 Eur). On simultaneous exchanges there are no fee.. From June 1st to September 15th we accept simultaneous exchanges (No guestpoints).
