Spacious flat 125 square meters; the location of my apartment is very central 100 meters from main train station and within 20 min walk to Colosseum and walking distance or short metro ride to other major sites ( metro stop is 50 meters away from apt.), Also the apartment is cozy and comfortable, with all the required appliances and comforts; it s in a 1886 building needs some renovation and the water pressure is low ( but a new water heater just installed); very charming, the area has become very multiethnic with many Chinese stores, but safe and friendly, Piazza Vittorio Park nearby at 50meters, has just reopened after a major remodeling. >l>> Cleaning fee Euros 70 to give directly to cleaning person UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE

the neighborhood has become very multi ethnical, but safe and friendly, ; you can walk to the colosseum 20 minutes, or take a metro to the Vatican get there in 15 min ( metro stop is 50 meters away from apartment). or just walk everywhere to the sights like piazza Navona, Trevi fountain everything is within short distances. the building is 1886 so undergoing some renovation at entrance (Note: water pressure is low in the entire building), but apartment is cozy , third floor with small lift. great place to tour Roma and other Italian cities like Venice, Florence or Pompei, by fast train , station only 100 meter away. Centrally located near piazza Vittorio and Termini main train station.

**cleaning fee ( linens, towels, complete cleaning incl bathrooms and kitchen) : 70 euros ( as of May 1, 2024) **Please I would ask you to leave the apartment by 10am the day of departure, in order to allow cleaning especially when there are new guests arriving that same day.
