Our recently-renovated apartment is located in a quiet street at the heart of the picturesque and trendy German Colony / Katamon. It is fully furnished – all new equipment, full of light, and nature views/ It is a five minute walk from the coffee shops and restaurants of Emek Refaim, and 20-30 minute walk from downtown, Rehavia, Israel Museum and the old city.
We live on the 1th floor, with an elevator and 2 reserved parking spots and a huge balckony (40sqm.) .
The apartment has wireless internet, a large flat screen TV, and everything nice and brand new. There are 2 comfortable children's bedrooms, and a master bedroom complete with a private shower and bathroom.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
The German Coloby offers a unique mixture of tastes, and something for everyone. Plus access to public transportation to get you all over Jerusalem. It's the trendiest Jerusalem neighborhood, and one of it's most expensive. The nearby Emek Refaim (3 minute walk) is full of cafes (many with wireless), restaurants and chic stores, along with great pizza and, of course, falafel stores.
Right outside the building there is a nice park with lawn for the kids to roam and the grownups to relax in.
A playground and grocery store are right around the corner. Some of Jerusalem's oldest and doubtless most beautiful buildings are right there, and walks are never boring.
The Old City is a convenient 30 minute walk, as are the King David Hotel, and the largest synagogues. Many bus lines cross Emek Refaim, offering easy transportation to the Central bus stop, downtown (unless you feel like walking), the shuk, and the Jerusalem Museum and Parliament. The Cinematheque, with its cafe which has breathtaking view of the Old City walls, is a leisurely 20-30 minute walk, is another favorite place to spend an evening.
