Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home is build between all the numerous large trees on the stand, inviting nature into the house.
It consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a large open plan living area with kitchen that leads out onto a wrap around covered veranda.
Make use of the build in barbeque on the veranda while the table tennis, trampoline and swimming pool will keep the kids entertained. The swimming pool is covered by a solar blanket heating up the water and fenced. Tennis courts located on estate.
The main bedroom has an open plan bathroom with a double shower and Victorian bath, decorated in African style. Waking up in the king size bed to enjoy the most spectacular view of trees and birds.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Cleaning services daily.
We have a separate children's entertainment area with Xbox, television, board games and bean bags. The playroom also has it's own bathroom, bedroom and a small kitchen.
The house is located in The Rest Nature estate, a beautiful 320 hectares of nature paradise. It has numerous dams with bird hides and walk ways to enjoy nature at it best. Please see pictures. Residents also enjoy the mountain bike trails constructed on the estate, we have 3 mountain bikes that can be used.
In South Africa security is very important. This is the main reason why we choose to build our house in this estate. It has 24 hour security guards patrolling for absolute peace of mind. The 320 hectare estate is surrounded by a state of the art intruder protection electrical fence and access to the estate can only be obtained by residents or their visitors. Your finger prints will be registered for the duration of your stay allowing you access into the estate.
You will have free uncapped high speed wifi available at the house.
An exchange of vehicle can also be done, allowing you to visit the numerous tourist attractions around Nelspruit: Kruger National Park, Blyde river canyon, Sudwala caves to name a view.
The Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport is only 25 minutes drive away. Airlink and FlySafair offers daily return flights from Johannesburg. It can be arranged to leave one of our cars at the airport ready to be used when you arrive. When flying back again you can leave the car at the airport where we will collect it.
Alternatively you can take the shuttle mini bus from Johannesburg Oliver Tambo airport that drives to Nelspruit several times a day. We can arrange to collect you at the bus terminal in Nelspruit and bring you to our house.
I truly believe you will have a wonderful time staying in our beloved house. Not only is it situated in stunning nature surroundings with excellent security but the number of tourist attractions on your doorstep is a huge benefit.
PLEASE NOTE: As this is our primary house it is only available when we are elsewhere on holiday as indicated on our regularly updated calendar. We do however have a separate flat next to the house with it's own entrance, veranda, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen that can sleeps 4 people and can be exchanged when we are living in the main house. You will still have your own privacy.

Nelspruit is so centrally located and ideal to explore the Lowveld region of Mpumalanga Province. There are so many amazing natural sites to visit all within an hour's drive from our house. Malelane or Phabeni Gate of the Kruger Park are 45 minutes drive away and a day visit can easily be done.
The Artist's town of Kaapsche Hoop is 20 minutes drive away, well know for it's wild horses roaming the streets, fantastic views and waterfalls.
Visit Sabie for a pancake and see all the waterfalls nearby. The Mac-Mac pools and Bourke Luck's potholes are a must see.
Pilgrims Rest is well known fo its historic mining activity, little restored mining town and 45 minutes drive away.
Visit God's Window near Graskop and the breathtaking Blyde River Canyon are all within a hour's drive. The glass lift at Graskop's Gorge is also a must.
Badplaas (with its hot spring resort) are all close by and worth a visit.
Nelspruit itself has a beautiful botanical garden with tropical rain forests and waterfalls, the ideal spot for a picnic. Nelspruit also has two shopping malls with cinemas and an ice skating rink. We have 3 private hospitals, closest 5 minutes drive from the house.
The Sudwala caves and Jane Goodall Chimpanzee Sanctuary are located just outside the town.
Mozambique and Swaziland are 100km away.
