Avalon is a unique and vibrant beachside village on the northern beaches peninsula. Our comfortable, open plan beach style house has polished floorboards throughout, two living areas with stylish sofas, Netflix in
living area, and a choice of reverse cycle air conditioning or slow combustion fire for warmth.
The large kitchen provides a friendly space for preparing meals and there is a large, tiled entertaining verandah across the back of the house with teak outdoor setting and BBQ, just the place to relax after a day at the beach.
The main bedroom has an ensuite with a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has one king single bed and a baby’s cot , bedroom 4 now serves as our study and storage area during exchanges. There is also fast internet connection. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults, 1 child, 1 baby.
You will find our home comfortable with an open plan design. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and village with transport to the city on your doorstep.
It is our sanctuary after a day at the beach where we can relax on our rear verandah overlooking a secure landscaped yard. No pets.

Avalon Beach is located on Sydney's northern beaches peninsula about 45mins to the CBD of Sydney with it's harbour attractions, Opera House and Taronga Zoo and 30 minutes drive to Manly.
The location offers an envied lifestyle with sailing, fishing or kayaking on Pittwater or the choice of beautiful, sparkling surfing beaches within minutes of each other. Our three bedroom house and 2 bathrooms is located within a 10 minute walk to the beach or 10 minutes walk to the village shopping centre with cinema, golf course, cafes, restaurants.
A ferry trip from nearby Palm Beach will take you to secluded coves on the western shore of Pittwater for bush walking in the national park and swimming.
There are nearby activities for the parents and children including fishing, surf school, golf, skateboarding at the local skate park, tennis, hiking, pickle ball and swimming.
Sydney weather is sunny and warm from September through to May with mild winters around 18C. Any time is a great time to experience our sandy beaches.
Avalon Beach is surrounded by pristine beaches to surf, calm waters of Pittwater for sailing and a vibrant village community with cafes, restaurants, cinema, golf course and lovely park areas.
Avalon Beach also has a beautiful ocean pool and a welcoming surf club for visitors. For coffee lovers you are spoilt for choice in the village.
Live music can be found in casual cafes and clubs in the village along with wine bars French and Thai restaurants and bakeries for all your fresh pastry needs. A community hop on hop off bus provides transport “on demand” to the express city bus if you prefer not to use the car.

It encourages the outdoor life.The friendly community offers many cafes, bars, shops to browse, golf course and cinema. For the more energetic there are local bush walks and a lighthouse to explore at Palm Beach. Nearby Palm Beach is also the film location for the TV show “Home and Away”. Coffee lovers are spoil for choice with the many cafes on offer. Breakfast at the beach is a local favourite or an early swim in the ocean pool. A lazy lunch on the water watching the boating activities on Pittwater at Palm Beach is also popular in the Summer.
