Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
La villetta disponibile per lo scambio è la nostra seconda casa; è situata a 50 metri dal mare in una zona silenziosissima ed è circondata da 160 mq di giardino (con irrigazione automatica).
Davanti all'ingresso c'è un ampia veranda con gazebo attrezzata con tavolo sedie e con barbecue per deliziose cenette all'aperto ed un romantico pozzo.
Il mare e la spiaggia di Isca sullo Ionio sono fra i più puliti ed i meno affollati della Calabria.
Nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati,farmacia,bar, ristoranti e lidi attrezzati.

La villetta è composta di due piani con scala interna; al piano terra c'è un soggiorno-cucina perfettamente attrezzato :ci sono frigo congelatore, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, un bagno con doccia ed uno studio che può diventare seconda stanza da letto per due (sono disponibili due mobili-letto).
Al piano superiore abbiamo una camera da letto con armadio, televisore e bagno ed un luminosissimo soggiorno con balcone vista mare.
Le stanze sono climatizzate e, comunque, la casa è assai fresca anche in piena estate.
The villa available for exchange is our second home; it is located just 50 meters from the sea in a very peaceful area and is surrounded by 160 square meters of garden (with automatic irrigation).
Entrance, there is a large veranda with a gazebo equipped with table chairs and barbecue for delicious dinners and a romantic outdoor pit.
The sea and the beach on the Ionian Isca are among the cleanest and least crowded of Calabria.
Nearby there are supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and beaches equipped.
It is served by private bus line Federico (website: http://www.autolineefederico.it)
The house consists of two levels with stairs on the ground floor there is a living room-kitchen fully equipped: there are fridge freezer, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine, bathroom with shower and a study that may become a second bedroom for two (there are two mobile-bed).
Upstairs we have one bedroom with wardrobe, television and bathroom and a bright living room with balcony overlooking the sea.
The rooms are air-conditioned, however, the house is very cold even in summer.

Nei dintorni di Isca Marina è possibile visitare siti archeologici di grande importanza del periodo magno greco , romano e bizantino: Roccelletta di Borgia (l'antica Skylletion) con i suoi resti archeologici ed il Museo, Squillace,Locri Epizefiri, Gerace, Crotone,Reggio Calabria con il suo Museo dove potrete ammirare i famosissimi Bronzi di Riace,i resti della villa romana di Casignana (20 km da Isca ), Serra S. Bruno millenaria sede dell'omonima Certosa fondata da S. Brunone di Colonia (qui sepolto) , luogo di arte e spiritualità a soli 20 km da Isca.
Isca è un punto di partenza ideale per gite di un giorno a Pizzo Calabro, la famossissima Tropea,Isola Capo Rizzuto con la sua riserva marina, l'altopiano della Sila che si trova a soli 40 km dal mare con i suoi boschi di conifere ed i laghi Ampollino, Cecita, Arvo e Passante dove potrete ammirare pittoreschi villaggi con casette in legno.
Molto interessante l'escursione a Sersale fra i canyon e le gole delle Valli Cupe; un percorso naturalistico davvero affascinante! sito webhttp://www.vallicupe.it.
A pochi km anche S.Giovanni in Fiore fondata dal profeta e teologo medievale Gioacchino Da Fiore ivi sepolto.
Da Isca è facile raggiungere la Sicilia imbarcandosi con i traghetti da Reggio Calabria-Villa S.Giovanni e visitare la famosissima Taormina, le isole Eolie, Siracusa ,Catania ,Agrigento e con un pò più di tempo a disposizione raggiungere Palermo ricca di tesori d'arte e di cultura.
In treno potrete raggiungere in sole 4 ore Napoli ,in 3 Salerno e la costiera amalfitana.

Bruno ancient seat of the Carthusian monastery founded by St. Bruno of Cologne (buried here), place of art and spirituality, just 20 miles from Isca.
Isca is a perfect base for day trips in Pizzo Calabro, the very famous Tropea, Isola Capo Rizzuto with its marine reserve, the Sila, which is located only 40 km from the sea with its forests of conifers and Ampollino, Cecita ,Passante and Arvo lakes where you can enjoy picturesque villages with wooden houses.

Ha un grande giardino ben curato con barbecue per deliziose cenette all'aperto ed è vicinissima ad una spiaggia attrezzata con ombrellone e sedie sdraio disponibili per i nostri ospiti.
