Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Small house (110 m2 and basement) in a small village near the archipelag of the Baltic Sea.
The house is from 1960's, renovated during the last 5 years. Just outside our house you find a street but since our garden is just in our backyard you will experience our neighborhood calm and friendly. Our neighbors are nice people who will help you if needed!
Small kitchen with diningarea next to it. Two bedrooms in the upperfloor (with 2 beds 90x200 cm, and possible with an extra juniorbed 80x160 cm) where you find all sort of toys, a small toilet and a minor hallway.
Downstairs we have one bedrom with a doublebed, livingroom with a 40" flatscreen tv in connection with the dining area, kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Free WiFi.
Garage in basement, laundyroom and place for our bikes.
Garden with toys, trampoline, playhouse etc.
Wooded deck of 40 m2 for sunbathing, dining and relaxing.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
The village we live in has about 3000 habitants, during summertime some moore. The coast is less than 1 km from our house, walking or cycling distance to small beach and a little marina with boats. Really childrenfriendly!
This is truely a peaceful village, we have a few restaurants, but its not a village with a "pulse". If you want to shop or visit some cities you have Uppsala in 70 km and Stockholm our capital 120 km away.
You can find mushrooms in the forest just 5 min from the house, we have beautiful jogging paths and its perfect to ride a bike around here. For taking a bath at the beach we have a small one in the center. Several small beaches in nearby locations (10-20 km)
It's great surroundings if your interested in buying old and new stuff in fleemarkets.
If you take the car there is a lot to discover in the surroundings:
20 min away is Öregrund, a cute village with beautiful environment, a real summerdestination with some restaurants, coffeshops and with the ocean right next to it. When you are there, take the ferry to "Gräsö" and take a bath in the beautiful water around it. Possibilities to go cajaking and take boattrips in the archipelage.
30 km from us there is a lake with several waterslides.
In Furuvik you can find a zoo with animals, amusementpark with rollercosters and a outdoor aquapark. (80km)
6 km from here there's a golfcourse.
1 hour by car to Uppsala (1.5 hr by bus), the 4th largest city in Sweden with 200 000 habitants. Go shopping or attend some cultural events. For rainy weather theres an indoor, adventure bath with lots of fun for small and large children.
1,5-2 hours by car to Stockholm, the capital of Sweden (possible to go with bus and train).
1 hr by car you can take the large ferry to Åland, with tax free shopping, dining and a beautiful view in the archipelage. Åland is an island in the middle of the Eastern Sea which belongs to our neigbour country Finland.
