Casa muy espaciosa con dos amplias habitaciones, decoración moderna y cómoda , dos terrazas ( una de 20 mts cuadrados) con mobiliario completo. Dos baños completos. Salón totalmente equipado y , cocina.
Perfectamente equipada en urbanización ajardinada.
Piscina comunitaria , con habitualmente muy poca gente , con socorrista. Piscina niños y mayores y con zona de Jacuzzi. A un minuto de la casa.
Playa de Arenales del Sol y del Carabassi en Costa blanca, se encuentra a unos 12 minutos de pie.
Zona de bares y atracciones muy cercanas.
Pequeños comercios en la propia urbanizacion.
Grandes comercios en un area entre y 1 y 2 kms. Muy amplio el centro comercial Gran Alacant.

Spacious fully equipped first floor apartment within easy walking distance of the beautiful blue flag sand duned beach. Carabassi beach has recently been supplied with lots of inflatables where kids can happily play, and on top of this, you can also try some morning activities including lively salsa and merengue combined with some aerobic, cardio or aquagim. The offer also includes many sports to enjoy the sea such as windsurfing, sailing, catamaran, surf, bodyboard, wakeboard, diving, snorkeling and kayaking.
Suitable home for families with children to discover the delights of the surrounding area and enjoy the sun, swimming pool, beach and Mediterranean atmosphere. Close to amenities, bars and restaurants.
Our house has a large terrace with a barbecue, large patio table and 6 chairs, 4 additional chairs and 3 armchairs. As it's shady most of the day it is perfect for lunch or an evening drink. Moving inside, the lounge features a 3 seater sofa, 1 armchair, 2 chairs and coffee table as well as side table and TV. Some information brochures have also been prepared so that you can more easily plan your stay there. The dining area features a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen contains oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The comfortable master bedroom has a double bed plus bedside cabinets, lamps, pine dresser with 5 drawers as well as a mirror. In addition, there is a built in double wardrobe containing a chest of 3 drawers and the second bedroom has twin beds, lamp and bedside cabinet as well as a built in double wardrobe containing a chest of 3 drawers. Air-conditioned is located in both bedrooms. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and bidet as well as a marble topped vanity unit containing basin, mirror and lights above. The shower room has a shower cubicle, WC, basin with mirror over.
That we value the most is the lovely communal swimming pool with jacuzzi and children's pool area. On top of this, you can also enjoy some children's parks, tennis courts, basketball nets and football goals just one minute walk.

The house belongs to the urbanization Novamar, possibly the largest and best neighbourhood in Gran Alacant. Gran Alacant is a residential area located 12 km south of the city of Alicante, 5 minutes from Alicante airport, connected by bus to the center of the city and the surrounding villages. This community has all kinds of services throughout the year, including banks, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, entertainment and parks. It is located 200 kilometres away from Valencia.
