Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our house is very charming, warm and confortable with all kind of amenities, with a nice little garden with fruit trees, large terraces, bbq and bar and nice views to the sea.It is a semidetached villa, with 1 twin-bedded room with beds (and two more beds down), 2 bedrooms with two truckle beds) and 1 in-suite double bedroom with a bath room. Another complete bathroom with shower and a courtesy bath. The house is fully equipped with TV, WIFI, Dishwasher, Washine machine..
The vila is close to an sports club and a golf club and 1,5 km distance to the sea. We have some other houses to exchange in Spain (one in the mountains, in the Pyrenees, close to some spanish sky resorts .

The exclusive Marbella Town is no more than 15 minutes drive away.
Brilliant for beaches, parties, or shopping. Marbella's Plaza de los Naranjos is a brilliant
spot for evening food and a glass of freshly squeezed Andalucían orange juice.
Malaga's old town provides a chance to visit cosmopolitan Spain mixed with its
traditional Cathedrals and windy streets. Plus one can visit Picasso's birth place and
beautiful art exhibition.
The house is located in a resort called Calahonda, and it has all amenities in the form of local bars, clubs, restaurants, and supermarkets all within 10 minutes walk from the villa. An Sports Club is a 3 minute walk from the villa and offers tennis hard and clay courts, squash, racket ball, gym, sauna, paddle courts and restaurant.
Close to the Villa there is a 9 hole golf course. The area also hosts over 30
championship golf courses, all within a short drive away.
The nearest Ski resort is at the Sierra Nevada. This is a two hour car journey
from Calahonda.
Travel: The nearest airport is Malaga, and is a 20 minute car journey away. We
would recommend car hire for your stay and will suggest approved companies on
request. However, a taxi to the airport from the villa is usually €45.
Distances: Marbella is approximately 14 km away. Puerto Banus is approximately
20 km away. Gibraltar is just over an hour away by car. Mijas is a 20 minute drive
from Calahonda.
Coast/Beach: The local beach is a 15 minute walk. This is through a residential
area. A further more popular and attractive beach is Puerto Cabopino, a small
exclusive marina offering a good selection of restaurants and bars located only 2
miles from the villa and is on the way to Marbella.
