Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
I live in a cosy flat of 70 sq m (753.5 sq ft) on the ground floor of a modern housing estate. There are three rooms, a kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom, and a balcony. The flat is fully furnished and equipped. You can make use of a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, vitamix, microwave, coffee maker, 65’’ OLED TV smart, stereo, Blu-ray, Wi-Fi internet, printer, and two bikes. I also have some board games and a nice collection of books, CDs, DVDs, and Blu-ray discs at my place.
The flat has a great location. The biggest town park Bydgoski is only a 5-minute walk away. It is an ideal place for a stroll, jogging, having a barbecue, or even to swim in an outdoor pool in the summer. The biggest shopping mall, Toruń Plaza (shops, cinema, restaurants and fast food, cafés, gym, disco and bowling, billiards, pharmacy, hairdresser, exchange, bank, cash points) is only a 4-minute walk away. Three supermarkets and bakeries, pharmacies are around, and a tram stop, a taxi stand, and a bike rental are a stone's throw away. There is a football pitch and a basketball court, as well as outdoor training equipment, neighbouring my housing estate.
You are asked not to smoke indoors; you can smoke on the balcony.

Toruń is a beautiful mediaeval town. Its Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is one of the oldest Polish towns, which was granted its city rights in 1233 and belonged to the mercantile Hanseatic League in the past. Toruń is a big tourist attraction. Some people call it the Cracow of the North. The town is the co-capital of the Kujavian-Pomeranian region, with a population of around 200,000 people. Toruń is associated with the figure of Nicolas Copernicus (his birthplace), the greatest astronomer ever, and is famous for its splendid architecture of different styles, cobbled streets, and delicious gingerbread. You can reach the Unesco Old Town by tram in 10 minutes from my place. It's worth going to the university club "Od Nowa," where you can attend concerts or watch films in a comfy cinema. It takes 15 minutes to walk there. A new university swimming pool is about 1.5 kilometres away. If you like high adrenaline, take a 20-minute walk or a 3-minute tram ride to Motoarena and attend a speedway match or a Grand Prix of Poland (usually in the beginning of October) at an ultramodern speedway stadium or head to a brand-new athletic arena for some sports competition. You can be excited to see in the centre a festival of lights, Skyway, at the end of August. There is a world-famous film festival called Camerimage taking place in November, so don't be surprised if you bump into some Hollywood stars (film directors, actors, and cinematographers). You can try your Polish and shop at 2 small markets that are less than 1 km away (open from Monday until Saturday), or do some night shopping at a BP garage nearby if necessary. You can relax at a mini zoo in Bydgoski Park, 2.5 km away, in a forest school in Barbarka, just outside Toruń, or in some other nice parks towards the centre. During spring and summer, you can relax at the Vistula river bank by the Old Town, spending time in some of the outdoor bars or on barges. You can also explore in Toruń a ring of Prussian fortifications dating from the XIX century. After visiting a lot of monuments and museums, theatres, and a planetarium, you can dine in plenty of restaurants or paint the town red in one of the numerous clubs or their patios
Obsiously it is almost impossible to name all the attractions Toruń has to offer ;).
