We're situated in the heart of the Alps, just minutes away from famous Innsbruck downtown. Our condominium was built in 2006 at the end of a col de sac. It is very quiet and you can enjoy nature just in front of the door. The south side facing condo is very spacious with 915 sq. ft., an extra storage room and two parking lots in the underground garage. The layout is very modern - open and very bright. The furniture is excellently selected from famous design studios.
We have only one direct neighbor living below us - so we enjoy a very quiet living here. The whole condo is equipped wit an underfloor heating which is perfect in winter to warm up your feet after skiing. Oak wood floors in all rooms, black cosy warm stone floors in the bathroom and toilet.
You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with an oversized fridge, induction cooktop, steamer, dishwasher, microwave, toasters, raclette, fondue, sous vide equipment, Nespresso coffee maker, Italian Espresso maker, Kenwood Chef and many more tools for your convenience. We have a huge selection of local and international cookbooks on the shelf for you to experience local food and traditions. The Bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and integrated shower and there is also a washer/dryer combination for your laundry. We have an extra toilet room. The Living room is very spacious, equipped with a dining table for 6, modern sofa, a full HD Beamer and 240cm wide screen including over 1000 DVD’s and Blu-Ray Discs, a small office desk with high speed wireless internet and a Dolby 5.1 sound system. The bedrooms are facing southeast with a window front from wall to wall, ceiling to floor. You can watch the stars and a panoramic mountain view from bed at night and will be waked by the early rays of sunlight in the morning. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a bunker bed and same window front. The balcony is southside and equipped with two infrared heaters to enjoy the sun outside even in winter. Park your rental car on one of our guest parking lots or ask us for one of our cars. You can also use our "plug and play" car navigation system to find your favorite sightseeing places in Tyrol.
A maid is cleaning for a small fee once a week the condo if you wish so.
If you are into sports feel free to use our skis, snowboards, sleds or snow shoes. Yes we also do summer sports so you can use our, golf clubs, beach gear, SUP, Mountainbike or e-Scooter, etc... just let us know in advance what you might wanna use and we keep it ready for you!

Enjoy hiking paths in front of our condominium, the forest is just 1 minute away. A football ground and a ice skating rink (Dec-Mar) is just 2 minutes away. A supermarket with bakerie, restaurant, cafe, hairdresser, medics are within 4 minutes walking distance. You'll also find a pharmacy, a florist and a gas station with a small shop open from 6am to 9pm every day.
Skiing and hiking resorts like Patscherkofel is 10 minutes by car, Glungezer 15min, Seegrube 35min., Axamer Lizum 40min., Stubaier Gletscher 50min. (Skiing around the year there), St. Anton or Kitzbuehel are 1.5hrs away.
