We are both in medical education and have completely sanitized our homes, ready for your visit.
MAIN PICTURE - This was take on May 10, 2021 just as the sun in rising over the marina, Imagine yourself sitting out on this large patio looking at this view, curled up on the sofa in a blanket and drinking your coffee as the sun wakes up. This is the time of day when we usually see dolphins in front of our condo swimming. IF your not a morning person, being out here in the afternoon, watching everyone in the marina after a day of boating, as you drink a glass of wine while listening to the live jazz music in the marina restaurant that is next to our condo/home. The second picture is our outdoor seating area.
Our condo is situated in a gated community with a beautiful view overlooking a marina. It is decorated in an elegant coziness and high-end furnishings with a beautifully decorated foyer with an Italian alfresco as you enter. The master bedroom is spacious with a large King bed and views of the marina and water as you wake up to the sun rising over the water. (My favorite place is the back patio, go outside and watch the sunrise over the water with your morning coffee or tea, it is a powerful view, and a great place to do yoga first thing in the morning) Yoga mat and equip avail. The bathroom has a large Jacuzzi tub, separate sinks, and separate shower. The guest bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and dressers, the third bedroom serves as a office/ TV room with a computer and large single chair that pulls into a bed. (memory foam mattress). The second bathroom is centrally located and the kitchen is very spacious and fully stocked with anything you need to make it your vacation home.
The condo has two areas for dining; out back on the patio with a table on the balcony overlooking the water. (great to sit in the evening and listen to the live band only 50ft away. You can watch the band, people dancing, or even go next door and get dinner) The dining room seats 4 with extra space for 2 more. Our condo has access to a heated pool, weight room, tennis court and outdoor dining area where you can grill steaks outside near the Jacuzzi. The grounds of the condo are in a gated community with 24-hour security that drives around every hour. The grounds are well lit to encourage evening walks with access to walk down by the boats or go next door and have dinner outside at a restaurant while listening to nice music outside on the patio. You can even go next door and walk around the marina. NEW pickleball, tennis courts across from our condo. NOTE: a 5 minute drive is a very large playground equipped with anything a young child would want to play with. We do have toys, and kids items if needed, we would have to be told if children will be staying, so we can bring more toys, a highchair, portable bed.

Our Home is centrally located near an airport (Sarasota-Bradenton / SRQ) and I-75 which runs North-South through Florida. We are about 2 hour drive from South Florida and 1 hour drive from Orlando/Disney World. This gives our home easy access for those who would like to travel to Orlando, Sarasota, Tampa or other areas in Central Florida. We are 9 miles from the beach and Long boat Key where guests can enjoy the beach, live music, festivals, water events and some of the finest restaurants. We are surrounded by water as our home is located in a protected marina with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, within 10 minutes by boat or 15 minutes by car. Sarasota, Tampa and Long Boat Key can be accessed by boat as well. Guests can sit on our patio and look out and watch manatees and dolphins swim in the marina. We have close access to several restaurants by car or water including a wonderful restaurant within walking distance which has outdoor live music on weekends. You can sit on our patio and hear the live band in the evenings. (its very romantic) The water is amazing with several sandy beaches where the shallow water is crystal clear you will want to get out and walk around in the middle of the water or take floats to float around as the fish swim nearby. If you love to play tennis or pickleball our condo is directly in front of the courts.
We have a list of plays, theatres and events and also have internet access, several televisions and Cable TV.
We are proud of our home and would respect yours as much as we do our own. We do ask that our guests do not bring pets and no smoking.
