Hawaii and Mexico Houses a complété sa maison en anglais.
Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
We are interested in long term point exchanges.
Our home has two bedrooms and two baths, living space with vaulted ceilings with three skylights, and a full kitchen. The master has a cal-king bed and en suite bath, the second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The downstairs bathroom has a new shower with a window overlooking the backyard and garden. Our home has strategically placed sky lights which provide nice light all day long and has cable tv with high speed internet. We keep our home chemical free, using ecofriendly detergents and cleaning products and organic pest control. We have a wrap-around porch that is good to relax the day away in the hammock. The elevation is 800 feet, so always 10 degrees cooler in Waikoloa Village. It is a great place to get away, but only 15 minutes to some very nice beaches, surf and snorkel spots. Waikoloa Village has many food options, beach options, and great weather. Waikoloa is a central place on the island for traveling around. You can be in Hilo in 80 minutes, Waimea 30 minutes, Kona 45 minutes, and Honokaa in 45 minutes. We have a badminton net, bocce balls and croquet.
We have over 30 fruit trees with many different varieties. Our yard has a large variety of birds. There has been a large school of parakeets flying around lately along with wild geese (Nene). It is a very peaceful place and has fruit, herbs, and some veggies to eat most times of the year. Whatever is in season in the garden and orchard is for your enjoyment. We grow everything organically. From the front porch and living room there are ocean views with Maui and Kohala mountain views. There is a 18-hole golf course in our village with water features, wild geese, goats and nice views. Close by are several other nice golf courses such as the Mauna Lani course, Waikoloa Beach Resort courses, and Mauna Kea golf course, to name a few. Fifteen minutes down slope, straight down the hill and mostly north, is where most of the winter swells hit. Our best months for surf are October to April on the west side and summer for Kona and Waipio Valley, but there are always waves on the island somewhere if you know where to look. There is a community pool, tennis court, food court, and a good grocery store less than five minutes away.
We are sorry that we cannot exchange with inside cat owners as we are allergic.
We cannot host pets.
We are interested in long term point exchanges.
For guest point exchanges, we have a $350 cleaning charge, and for reciprocal exchanges we ask that you leave our home in the condition you receive it.
Car exchange is preferred for direct exchanges.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
Our house is situated in a peaceful village fifteen minutes up slope from the Waikoloa Beach resorts and the beautiful Anaeho'omalu Bay, which is great for sunset walks and is arguably the best surf wave on the island. It is always 10 degrees cooler at our house then at the coast.
Great reef exploring for the kids and a nice sand beach next to the Lava Lava beach restaurant where you can have a cocktail or lunch/dinner while watching the kids play and take in the sunset. There are children's playgrounds at two of our parks and a very good all level skate park. We have basketballs, soccer balls and baseball equipment and kites here to bring with you to the park, and chairs, beach umbrellas and coolers to help you enjoy the beaches and parks with your kids. There are nice walking trails on the outskirts of our community that are great to take in the sunsets. Our community pool is great for the kids and has lap swimming, jacuzzi and a kid’s pool. The community also has public tennis courts. Next to the pool is a free library-mobile if you are looking for books for adults or kids, and our new library is currently being built. We have a beautiful 18-hole golf course with golf carts if you wish, with wild goats, geese, water features and amazing views. We have good restaurants in our village, with a new food court with some very tasty new sit down or takeout options. Our local supermarket is one mile away and often surprises guests with the size and selection it has. Waikoloa is sunny year-round and has a steady breeze that helps keep it cool here.
