Our home has 2-bedrooms/2.5 baths with a private walkway and views to Coleman's pond. The house is fully equipped and will provide your family with a warm and comfortable place to stay while you enjoy all of the attractions and beauty of Cape Cod.
We have a gas stove, fireplace, garage, and a washer and dryer. Outdoor amenities include: a grill, 3 kayaks, basketball hoop, private driveway, outdoor shower and a large deck. There are 4 sets of golf clubs available for use (including 2 children's sets), plenty of games/toys (board games, cards, balls, puzzles), and everything you need for the beach (towels, chairs, books, toys, etc).
Come and enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer!

Osterville is a charming village in the town of Barnstable. The town has wonderful shopping, dining, a library and ice cream shop all within 10 mins walking of the house. We are 5 mins away from some of the best ice cream on the Cape at Four Seas and the Country Store (our candy store). Osterville is home to popular beaches like Craigville Beach and Dowses Beach. The water is warm and the surf is calm as this is Nantucket Sound, which is bayside.
Our home is a 10 min drive from the center of Hyannis, which has a variety of restaurants, shops and the Cape Cod Melody Tent for live entertainment! We are also 15 mins away from the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Golf, beach, biking, fishing, tennis, hiking, boating, kayaking, nature loving and so much more are all available in our beautiful village.
Osterville is a very desirable location on the south side of the Cape, with its central location making it a easy drive from Boston. The house is fully equipped and will provide your family with a warm and comfortable place to stay while you enjoy all of the attractions and beauty of Cape Cod.
