Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Casa Colorado is a blend of luxury and privacy. Sleeps 9 in beds and 2 more can sleep on the sofa-sleeper. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The 4th bedroom is a separate casita (small house) with its own full bath and kitchenette. The Casita has a separate key and also makes a great place for in-laws (or other guests) to stay in their own comfortable living quarters.
The Great Room is very large and comfortable for entertaining. French doors lead to the patio and the black bottom pool with a waterfall. The patio is a great place to soak up some sun and watch the monkeys traversing through the trees overhead.
The house comes with three day a week maid service (laundry too!), and daily garden/pool service. The patio features a large covered dining area with a custom made teak table, (seats 10-12), a BBQ grill and plenty of room to relax. Th entire property is walled and has a state of the art security system.
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook for up to 12 guests. We have even had a private chef come to the house on a number of occasions to cook for us and our guests.
Casa Colorado is a wonderful place to spend a vacation. It feels like a home, not a rental, so we are positive you'll love it there. It's a great place for families with kids (they'll LOVE the rope swing over the pool) as well as couples or multiple families.

Tamarindo is the center of Costa Rica's Pacific Gold Coast. It has long been a favorite surfing and Eco-tourism destination. The home is a 4-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. It provides a beautiful and private base for the endless number of water and outdoor activities available in the area. Within a 4 minute walk from the house you can find 4 different surf breaks (from beginner to extreme), fishing, snorkeling, beach activities, 40+ amazing restaurants, 2 Spanish Language schools, shopping, night life and clubs, river trips and more.
Tamarindo is a Costa Rican gem as it is home to residents and visitors from all over the world. Spanish is the language of Costa Rica, but in Tamarindo, you can survive with no problems if you don't know anything more than "hola" and "Gracias" is spanish. The majority of the community is either fluent in English, or at least understands quite a bit of it. Tamarindo is a small town with all the amenities you will ever need. There is one major grocery store and 4 smaller market style grocery stores all in town. The restaurants range from quick eats to world class cuisine. Tamarindo also boasts one of the most amazing Restaurant Delivery Services in the country (TicoToGo.com) so if you feel like a quiet evening by the pool, you can eat from virtually any restaurant in town. There are a number of rental shops eager to rent surfboards, boogie boards and bikes so there is no need to bring you own. If you love the beach, you will LOVE Tamarindo.
