Cumbuco gets visitor from all around the world, mostly because its the best place in the world for windsports like kitesurfing and wingfoil, but also because of it miles of beaches and dunes.
My flat was completely refurbished (Nov/2020). All furniture and electronics are new. Its located on a complex with 24 apartments and a beachfront pool with a beautiful view.
Bedroom A - Suite with queen bed, air conditioning, SmartTV 43' and open closet.
Bedroom B - Semi-ensuite with either two twin beds or a superking bed, air conditioning, SmartTV 43' and open closet.
Living Room - Sofa/Bed, dining table for six, yoga mattresses, dumbbells for working out.
Complete kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, juicer, coffee maker and eveything you might need for cooking.
Balcony with a stunning ocean view, breakfast table and hammocks.
Shared laundry for free at the building.
Parking for one car (My 4x4 Jeep Renegade can be avaliable on the exchange).

Cumbuco is the kitesurfing paradise. Wind blows every day during the high season (May to November). The apartment is located 1km away from Cumbuco village - a 12 minutes walk. Supermarket and restaurants delivery available.
On the weekends you have crazy nightlife in Fortaleza, capital of the state of Ceará - you can drive my car which can be avaliable during your stay or get an uber - 40 min, less than 10usd ride.
