Our home is a cabin style home on 1.5 acres with upper and lower decks that look out over the Heber Valley. We have a full kitchen, large dining table for 6, a cozy living room with large flat screen tv and 2 full bathrooms. Our bedrooms are furnished with high quality beds, 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 queen with a xl twin above. We have two children under the age of ten so we have plenty of children toys, books and a fun swing set area. This is a comfortable mountain living cabin with amazing views and privacy.

Come visit the 2002 Winter Olympics City! Park City and Salt Lake City have endless summer/winter recreation opportunities and many national parks in all directions. The famous town of Park City that hosts the Sundance Film Festival is only 25 minutes away!
Since our home is located in the mountains, access to trails are within walking distance of our home. Downtown Midway is only a few miles down the road and has a grocery store, gas stations, and restaurants . The tourist and ski town of Park City is only 18 miles away. 2 large lakes are also within 15 minutes of our home. Getting downtown to Salt Lake City, Cottonwood Canyons ski resorts, and to the airport is also very easy (less then an hour).

We have one outdoor cat who is very friendly and an amazing blue heeler dog that we travel with or put up in kennel when gone or have exchangers. We appreciate guests keeping the cats outdoor food and water bowls full. Unfortunately our cat is not very fond of dogs, so we cannot host visitors with dogs at this time.
If your request is to visit during ski season, please know that our neighborhood turns to a snow packed road and 4 wheel drive is almost a must. Please know that depending on your comfort with mountain snow driving, you may need to park at the community entrance or road side parking and walk in and out (5 min walk).
And finally, we would prefer a $160 cleaning fee to help with the cost of cleaning. We urge visitors to please try as hard as possible to clean and leave our home in the condition you find it. Thank you!
