Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

This beautiful, fully loaded home with sweeping panoramic views is only a 7-minute walk from the Jardin yet away from the traffic and noise of its surrounding streets. Enjoy three majestic, expansive decks with a 360-degree unblocked view of the entire town, Parroquia and surrounding Sierra Madre mountains.

This beautiful new home – only a 8-minute walk from the Jardin yet away from the traffic and noise of its surrounding streets – is the best location in San Miguel. Many visitors who have lived for years in San Miguel de Allende have said this is the most spectacular view they have ever seen from any house this close to the Jardin.

Casa Amani is worth a visit for the sunset views alone from its 3 majestic, expansive decks with a 360-degree unblocked view in all directions overlooking the entire city, Parroquia, lake and surrounding Sierra Madre mountains. Be prepared to be swept off your feet in the heaven-like atmosphere of this luxurious Shangri-La that compels you to leave your worries at home and have a truly relaxing vacation in a quaint colonial town like no other in the world.

Sleeps up to 8 in Two King Bedrooms, One Bedroom with Two Twins, Huge Living Room with Queen Sofa-bed and 3-1/2 Luxury Bathrooms!

‘Amani’ means ‘Peace’ in Swahili, and that was exactly our intended effect in the very discriminating attention to detail, love and care we put into the design of Casa Amani, which was custom-designed by one of the best architects in San Miguel. The owners are world travelers who have set up the house with an array of tapestries, pictures and artwork from all over the world, including Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Guatemala, India, Nepal, Burma, Italy, Indonesia and Vietnam.

This tapestry of cultures is interwoven with antique Mexican furnishings in a way that truly blends in with the local culture and creates a tranquil, serene enclave that welcomes you home after a day of wandering the colonial streets of this charming town.

There is a gym and swimming pool available to guests about 50 meters from the house.

Founded by Fray Juan de San Miguel over 450 years ago. San Miguel de Allende besides enjoying one of the best climates in the world, is a fascinating city, bright, seducing, and full of artistic and cultural riches. It only takes one walk through San Miguel to realize that it is a great example of conservation. San Miguel's historic zone, is a very placid, quiet area, filled with precious colonial buildings.

In the center of the city is the Parroquia of San Miguel Arcángel, and has become a very important landmark in this beautiful and mystical city. San Miguel de Allende is considered to be not only one of the most beautiful cities in the whole country of Mexico, but all around the world. It is also known as the ''Ciudad de las Fiestas'' for it's calendar full of cultural and religious festivities, as well as various international festivals.

San Miguel's marvels don't stop there, San Miguel also offers it's visitors with an endless amount of restaurants, cafes, night clubs, art galleries, decorative gift shops, art schools, museums, etc. Some of the most typical handicrafts here in San Miguel are blown glass, wrought iron, tin, silver, leather articles, and more.

Includes: 2 phone lines (1 with a U.S. phone number for unlimited FREE calls to/from the U.S. and Canada), High-speed Cable Internet, 27” Panasonic Color TV with cable, DVD and VHS, Secure gated community with night watchman, maid service (3 times per week for weekly rentals), reclining couches and loveseat, heated swimming pool, two fireplaces, deluxe Sealy mattresses………

The view from the rooftop terrace is just too breathtaking and magnificent – of the Parroquia, the Jardin, the Sierra Madre mountains, the lake, the colonial buildings of San Miguel – to be described. It won’t take long for you to realize that the best way to complete each day of your vacation is to take in the sunset from the rooftop in the evening.

The living and dining room and kitchen are surrounded by windows and French doors with screens spilling out onto a wrap-around terrace as wide as the entire house with a stunning ‘must-see-to-believe’ view of San Miguel and the surrounding countryside. If you want to sit outside in the sun and have breakfast or lunch at a beautiful patio table while watching the local bird migrations from the nearby botanical gardens, this is the place.

The rock and tile combination in this very unique living room create a peaceful old-world charm that will transport you far away from your day-to-day life. It’s a soothing experience you’ll never forget to turn the lights off at night and open the custom-made wood entertainment center to watch a movie (with sound coming through the stereo system) from the reclining couch while also looking out the two sets of French doors at the magnificent city lights below.

Alternatively, sit on the other comfortable wrap-around couch and ottoman in the living room that includes a pull-out Queen-size bed.

The beautifully-crafted dining room table and cushioned antique chairs made in nearby Dolores Hidalgo are intimately lit with a chandelier for those occasions when you decide to eat at home.

There’s a red-brick gas fireplace to warm up the room on chilly winter nights, and a screen door so you can feel a cool breeze on warm summer nights.

Lie in bed or sit in the upholstered reclining chair and read an interesting book while you admire the view from your room. Or go outside onto the master bedroom patio and bask in the sun while sitting in one of the patio chairs.

If you wish to sleep in, draw the beautiful heavy drapes to keep out the light, or just draw the sheers if you want to wake up with the sun. Get ready to wake up to one of the most stunning views you’ll ever see from a bedroom anywhere in the world.

One of the owners is an author, and the master bedroom has been custom-designed with a special cove with a built-in antique desk that overlooks the entire city and surrounding countryside. If you want inspiration for your writing, journal, poetry or work, this is the place in the house for you.

The master bathroom has two sinks and is exquisitely tiled with specialty Mexican tiles. The toilet – yes, we’re actually writing about the toilet – is privy to the most stunning view you’ll ever see from that humble position, making it a true ‘throne’. The extra-large custom-made bathtub seats two and overlooks the entire city.

The huge walk-in closet with skylight provides ample space for all of your worldly possessions.

Walk below the red-brick dome and cupola in the hallway on the top floor into the main guest room.

This room also has a king-size bed with Deluxe Sealy mattresses, which can be separated into two twins if you prefer.

The spacious main guest room, like the master bedroom, is accentuated with Mexican tiles and carpets. This lovely room has its own custom-designed bathroom, complete with specialty tiling and a beautiful fully-tiled shower.

The next guest room has a standalone quality, we recently renovated our home and built this room, with its own bathroom, on the highest level of the house. The views of San Miguel from this room are stunning. You'll feel like you are at the top of the world....

The second guest room on the lower floor has two twin beds and its own bathroom. It’s a smaller room and is perfect for children or an extra guest or two. There is also an additional half-bathroom for guests on this floor.
