Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
NO GUEST POINT Per il momento non accettiamo più guest Point, poiché non abbiamo avuto il tempo di usare tutti quelli che abbiamo! Mio marito è allergico ai peli del gatto dunque non possiamo accettare scambi con case dove ci sono gatti.
La nostra casa è una villetta indipendente di circa 100 mq a piano.
Sono due differenti appartamenti con due ingressi indipendenti che hanno in comune il giardino.
L'appartamento al piano terra che è collegato al giardino con la piscina è quello che utilizziamo per gli scambi casa ed è così composto: 2 camere (una con due letti singoli e una con un letto matrimoniale e la possibilità di un lettino da campeggio per bebe) e infine un bagno grande con vasca e doccia.
La casa è stata appena rinnovata, ed è completamente nuova! è arredata con gusto ed eleganza prediligendo le tinte chiare.
La casa è indipendente ed è circondata da splendide colline.
Il paese dispone di tutti i servizi di prima necessità (market, farmacia, posta).
Nel parchetto del paese attrezzato con giochi di legno per bimbi è stata appena costruita una bellissima piscina per bimbi e adulti.
Our house is an independent villa composed of two apartments of 100 square meters each with two independent entrances that share the garden.
The ground floor apartment is the one we use for home exchanges and is composed of: 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed and the possibility of a camping cot for babies) and finally a large bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The house has just been renovated and is completely new! it is furnished with taste and elegance preferring light colors.

The town has all the necessary services (supermarket, pharmacy, post office).
In the town centre there is a park equipped with wooden toys for children and there is also a newly built

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
Il paese di Villaurbana conta circa 2000 abitanti ed è sopranominato anche la "città del pane". E' famoso per l'ottimo pane fatto in casa (in ottobre si festeggiano le tradizioni relative alla lavorazione del pane con una Sagra rinomata a livello nazionale, il museo del pane è sempre aperto). Oltre a varie manifestazioni tradizionali sarde che si svolgono durante tutto il corso dell'anno come la festa per la Sartiglia (Or) in inverno oppure quella della trebbiatura in estate, questa ridente cittadina offre un centro storico rimasto intatto con ancora i cortili delle tipiche case campidanesi. Di recente l'amministrazione comunale ha deciso di regalare al paese una piscina collocandola all'interno del parco pubblico abellito da giochi in legno per bambini e un chiosco per aperitivi. La località è molto ricca di sentieri per trekking (Monte Arci, Monte Grighine) dove poter fare romantiche e indimenticabili passeggiate fra le sorgenti e i profumi del bosco. Le spiagge distano circa mezz'ora di auto dal paese. Le più conosciute sono quelle tutelate dal WWF e divenute parco marino protette. Is Arutas famosa per il suo quarzo bianco e San Giovanni di Sinis per l'antichissima chiesa e le rovine archeologiche di Tharros. Altre spiagge si trovano a circa 40 minuti di macchina da Villaurbana. Inutile dire che il mare è meraviglioso e in questa zona incontaminata lo è ancor di più poichè il turismo di massa non è ancora arrivato. L' aereoporto più vicino è quello di Cagliari che dista circa 100 km da Villaurbana. Ci sono dei collegamenti ferroviari solo sino ad Oristano dove è possibile noleggiare un auto per poter spostarsi comodamente.

Villaurbana has approximately 2000 inhabitants and its nickname is "the village of bread".
It is famous for the excellent homemade bread (in October there is a nationally renowed fair in which the bread
making tradition is celebrated and the bread museum is always open). This charming town has a historic centre
where little has changed over the years, with instances of typical Campidano plain courtyards.
Throughout the year there are several events that celebrate Saridian heritage such as the Sartiglia fair during
the winter or the threshing in the summer.
Recently, the city council has decided to gift the village and its inhabitants with a public swimming pool
that has been built in a council park together with a wooden swing park for kids and a kiosk for drinks.
The area is full of hiking trails (Monte Arci, Monte Grighine) where you can enjoy romantic and unforgettable
walks amongst mountain streams and forrest scents.
The beaches are about a half an hour drive from the village. The best known are those protected by the WWF and
have became protected marine areas.
Is Arutas is famous for its white quartz while San Giovanni di Sinis for Tharros ancient church and
archaeological site.
Many other beaches can be reached in 40 minutes by car from Villaurbana.
It goes without saying that the sea is wonderful and even more so in this incontaminated area where mass
tourism has not yet arrived.
The closest airport is Cagliari that is approximately 100Km from Villaurbana.
There is a train that connects the airport to Oristano where you can rent a car to visit the area
comfortably.
