Our apartment (52 sm) is located in a small condo, 600 mt from the sea side (6 min walk - 2 min Byke to Fantini Beach) and town center (everything you could need close by), 5 min Byke from Milano Marittima.
Ideal for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children)
Maybe not very spacious but cozy, friendly, warm & lovely like as the people of Romagna are.
The kitchen (with balcony with awning & BBQ) has new appliances with oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Dyson vacuum cleaner, cleaner robot, lots of storage and of course fully equipped.
The living room has 42 inch Flat TV (NO PAY TV NO INTERNET = MORE RELAX)
The master bedroom (with balcony) has a king size bed (for adult) and 2 bunk beds (for 2 children)*.
The bathroom has lavatory, shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
Private car park.
(sorry no internet WI-FI)
We'll provide you:
NOTE: We do have a Euro 50 cleaning fee ( and if you need to have a vehicle, parking is available on-site for free

We give you also 3 "vintage bikes" to take you to the grocery store, or to discover Cervia.
PLEASE NOTE are bikes to go to the beach or to take a ride in the city center. NO GOOD FOR THE TOUR DE FRANCE. neraby it si still possible to rent bikes, risciò, scooter, golf car.....
