Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our flat (3 bedrooms, one living room with dining table, a kitchen, 2 balconies and a bathroom) is situated on the 2nd floor of a beautiful old house in the village called Cully, lovely village next to the Lake of Geneva ("lac léman") and part of Lavaux, a UNESCO world heritage site. The village is full of wine makers (wine tasting in many places) and you will find a train station (at the back of the house) and a boat station down to the lake (steam boats). A bakery, a small supermarket, a butcher shop, a couple of restaurants and the fisherman's shop with fresh fish from the lake will give you lots of shopping opportunities. Finally for family with children, a good-size wooden playground with fences and a huge green site for playing football or just for chilling out will welcome you at the lake. Cully has three very nice places to stay at the lake from where you can have a swim: Bain des dames, Bain des hommes and Plage de Moratel.
The house has a lovely natural garden all around. The main balcony is right in front of the lake and it's a great extra room for a peaceful moment, enjoying a lovely breakfast, lunch or dinner.
We don't have a TV but we have a beamer and a big white wall in front of the sofa for great movie nights!
Cully is situated (with the train or by car): 15min away from Lausanne and Montreux, about 45min. from Geneva and an hour from Bern.
Lots of activities are possible very close to Cully:
- mountains (30-45min drive to the first ski resorts)
- cultural places (Olympic Museum, photography and many other art museums, Chaplin's world, etc.), music festivals (Montreux Jazz Festival, Paléo Festival in Nyon)
- sports (sailing, cycling, walking, skiing, etc.)

In the heart of Lavaux, a lovely and authentic vineyard village with local shops, cafés, restaurants, small market (on Thursday morning) and access to the lake. You can easily grab the train (to visit the whole country!) or a steam boat to navigate around the lake (Evian, Lausanne, Montreux, Geneva, etc.).
