Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
We built our Garden-house in 2008 to give us more space for a growing family. The house sits at the top of our garden in a very secluded location. It's about 60m2. It has 3 main living spaces; living room, kitchen/dining room, and bedroom. The arrangement is open plan. The ground floor has floor to ceiling windows looking down our garden. The floors throughout are oak and under-floor heating is installed. A proper AC unit with external condensing unit is installed also. The living room has a 55" HD OLEG, Ambient light tv, loaf sofa and chair, and lux reclining chair.
The kitchen is the larger of the 2 downstairs rooms. We have installed a stand-alone mini-kitchen (oven, fridge, sink, electric hob) which can be closed off to turn the room once more into a living room as its original use. There is dining table and chairs. The view is again down the garden - overlooking our large sunken trampoline!
A beautiful spiral stair winds upwards from the living room to the bathroom on a mezzanine level and up again to the bedroom. The bathroom is fully tiled, very spacious, boasting a rain shower and full-size sauna.
The upstairs bedroom is again very spacious with floor to ceiling windows and commands lovely views over the surrounding countryside to hills some of which are over 20miles away.
There is ample storage room throughout - there is a small basement with additional fridge and tumble dryer - use of a washing machine will be provided if required.
There is Sky TV and wi-fi throughout.

We live in a quaint conservation village with a traditional Scottish community 50 minutes away from Edinburgh Airport. We are centrally located and most of Scotland's major cities are within easy reach. There is a good bus service in the village and and great train service 3 miles away. At the bottom of the village is Letham Lakes which attracts bird watchers due to its variety of wildlife. The Scottish Deer Centre is 2 miles away which has wolves,bears, deer and other animals ,a great children's play area and shops and cafe.Historical St Andrews with its world famous golf courses is 25 minutes drive. Falkland where Outlander was filmed is 20 minutes away.
