Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
We have a lovely, newer home with 4 beds, 4 baths, 3 car garage, gourmet kitchen, play room, media room and very comfortable amenities. We sit on a 1/2 acre homesite in a luxury, golf community. The community has a pool, tennis courts, miles of walking trails and easy access to downtown. We have 2 types of outdoor grills, outdoor furniture both on the main patio and the patio off the master. The third set of back sliding doors opens 8 feet wide to allow tons of fresh air to come through the home. The entire home was designed to have only a few windows needing coverings and to accentuate the natural lighting of the area. Additionally, the main living areas and outdoor patios are wired with a Sonos speaker system. We have beautiful views of the mountains, and we're very close to downtown Boise.
In the summer, we are lucky to enjoy daylight until about 10pm. Hiking, fishing, white water rafting, golf, skiing, boating and just about every outdoor activity you can imagine are close by. Downtown Boise offers tons of great restaurants, arts and more. Our home is about 20 minutes from Downtown Boise, 2 hours from the mountain resort town of McCall and about 2.5 hours from Sun Valley. If you're not familiar with Boise, we get about 300 days of sunshine a year, so it's easy to plan lots of outdoor activities. We live in a private golf course community and can get golfers access to play the two courses if desired.
In the summer our garden is in full bloom, so please help yourself to all of the veggies. If you like wine, wine country is 15 minutes away, and our car is typically available for exchange as well. We have bikes, golf clubs, a basketball hoop, tons of sports equipment, games streaming TV.

Our neighborhood is located in a golf course community on the outskirts of Boise, ID. We have lots of great shopping and restaurants close by, along with easy access to the Boise River, Payette River, foothills trails, hunting, fishing, biking and so much more. We are on larger homesites that give one of sense of space. If you like chilling out on the back patio, enjoying a glass of wine, bbq and good conversation, it's hard to find a much better view. It's tranquil along with being close to everything.
