Large modern house located on our family vineyard in the heart of the world renowned Marlborough wine district. The property includes a 4 bedroom house and a 2 brm self-contained studio (adjoining the main house), all on one level. Main house has a large master bedroom with walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are generously sized queen bedrooms and the 4th Bedroom has a set of bunks. These 3 bedrooms share a large bathroom with bath and shower and a seperate toilet. There is a separate formal lounge area and open plan kitchen, dinning and family room area with a log fire. All living areas open out onto a large covered veranda with al fresco dining and a BBQ. The modern kitchen is fully featured with an electric oven/gas hobs, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, pantry and plenty of cupboards. Fully equipped with crookery glassware, cutlery, cookware and utensils. Seperate laundry room with washer and dryer. The adjoining self contained studio has two bedrooms that share a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom. The open plan kitchen, dinning, lounge area opens onto it's own patio. There is Wifi, television and Netflix available and you can relax with a coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine. Our property is walking distance to neighbouring cellar doors, winery restaurants, a cafe and craft shops. Our property has 8 hectares of vines to wander thorough (Sauvignon Blanc & Pinot Noir) with panoramic views across the vines to the Richmond Ranges and Whither Hills. Enjoy a juicy grapefruit from our mature trees in the garden. There are many ways to explore the vineyards, cellar doors, produce and craft outlets, walking trails, parks, beaches and waterways of the diverse Marlborough region, such as; hiring a bike, self driving or taking one of the many boat trips or tour options available. It's a short drive to Renwick village and 15 mins to the shops, restaurants and facilities of Blenheim township. The airport is a convenient 10 min drive.

From our property its a short drive to Renwick village and approximatley 15mins to Blenheim township. Blenheim township has a wide range of shopping, entertainment venues, galleries, community services, historical & cultural sites, museums, a weekly farmers market, several restaurants, cafes and bars. The stunning Marlborough sounds are less than 30mins away and offer boat trips, eco/nature/wildlife tours, fishing charters, kayaking, bird sanctuary visits, national parks/reserves, bird sanctuaries, historical and cultural sites, secluded beaches, bush walks and overnight treks. Approximately 1 hour away is the coastal village of Kiakoura where you can enjoy whale watching tours and visit seal and bird colonies.
