Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home is a 3-story contemporary house, built in 2012 with each room having a full view of the Pacific Ocean and beautiful Oregon coast. The main floor has a living room with six 2 1/2' X 7 1/2' windows rising 22 feet with soaring views of the sky and ocean. It also has a gas fireplace, DVDs and DVD player, although no TV service. We do have Prime and Netflix.
The dinning room with a teak table has a full view of the ocean and adjoins the large, fully equipped kitchen with an approximately 4 X 7 foot work island with electric smooth-top stove. The kitchen has a pantry, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Vitamix blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, but no microwave.
Off of the kitchen is a 12’ x 24’ deck surround with 6 1/2 ‘ glass with views of our garden and of course the ocean.
The 3rd level has a loft bedroom (queen bed) with a magnificent view through the large living room windows, and an adjoining full bathroom. The main bedroom (queen bed) has a main bath with double sinks, large 2-person soaking tub and shower.
There is attractive landscaping on the hillside that surrounds the house. It is a quiet setting except for the constant sound of the ocean waves 3 blocks away. It is a one-mile walk into town along a simply beautiful shoreline with common views of migrating and residential whales. This stroll will take you past the bay formed by the Yachats river that is perfect for all beach activity. Yachats State Park, which is clearly seen from the house, is a great place for relaxing and agate-hunting. Oh, and did we mention the glorious sunsets...

Our house is one mile south of one of the most picturesque and "best little town" in Oregon. Recommenced restaurants: The Drift Inn (has live music nightly), Ona for fine cuisine, The Green Salmon Coffee House for breakfast and lunch, the Dream Machine for the best coffee you’ll ever have! And LunaSea for fresh seafood. In town, the Yachats River empties into the Pacific Ocean and is the perfect bay for beach activities. All viewpoints are simply beautiful and serene.
