Lovely family villa in quiet and friendly residential area.
Newly renovated in the summer of 2018 - 2022. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6. A 170 sqm. Bungalow with beautiful and bright décor. Tasteful Danish design throughout, but at the same time a nice functional family residence. Two children's rooms with queen beds, with room for two in each room. Both rooms have a TV and a PlayStation with several different games. The house also contains a large utility room / entrance hall with a washer and dryer, cupboards for outerwear and laundry drying facilities. There is two spacious and bright bathrooms, both with shower, a kitchen/family room with a large dining area and garden doors to the south/west- facing terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. The nice living room with built-in fireplace has plenty of room for everyone in the beautiful corner sofa in front of the fireplace and the TV. In the master bedroom there is a king elevation/adjustable bed, a TV and plenty of closet space.
Our garage is made for an entertainment room, with projector and big screen, where our boys can have fun with friends.
The house is beautifully decorated, with stylish furniture and still with a homely touch. Perfect for families with children, but also couples who just wants to treat themselves and plenty of space in lovly surroundings.
There is high speed fiber-internet conection in our home and all tv's are connected to Internet or Cromecast so you can stream tv. music and movies whenever you want !!
In the garden there is a robot lawnmower, so there will be no gardening during your vacation ;-) and We have a hottub in the garden, which is heater with firewood in an oven, where at all times, you can enjoy the 40 - 42 degree hot water under the starry sky.
The house's terrace is south/West facing and contains a lovely dining area and a BBQ. A cosy corner with beautiful potted plants and flowers.
The whole house is surrounded by a beautiful 1200 sqm. private garden.
Only 50 meters from the house there are football fields and a large playground for the children. The area offers many trail systems for running and cycling.

Our quiet, residential neighbourhood lies at the end of the beautiful green fields of "Ørbæklunde" manor house. Everybody knows everybody and we are always ready to help one another. The town of Ørbæk has all the basics you need and everything is within walking distance - including 2 well-stocked delicatessen merchants, a bakery, 2 petrol stations and 2 pizza restaurants, where you can eat in or take away.
At the local brewery 100 m. from the house, you will find a small shop selling local craft beer, organic soft drinks and juices. In the surrounding country houses, there are small farm shops selling eggs and seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Every year, the second weekend of July, Ørbæk turns into Funen's largest folk festival for the whole family. Over 400 stalls, tents with music, tivoli, exhibitions and lots of good food. Do not miss out!!
Ørbæk is only 10 km from nearest beach - "Tårup beach", one of Funen's best beaches, and only 12 km from Nyborg, where the bridge leads to Zealand. We are 1 1/2 hour from Copenhagen and the same distance from Billund, where you will also find an airport and Legoland.
Nyborg is located 12 km. from Ørbæk and offers a wealth of adventure, fascinating culture and experiences in the great outdoors. The town is beautifully situated by the Great Belt bridge, linking the islands of Funen and Zealand and is easily reached by train from Copenhagen Airport (trains leave every half hour).
The beautiful, well-preserved town center of Nyborg has excellent shopping facilities, with many chain stores and speciality shops, restaurants and cafés. Nyborg is also lucky enough to have a host of attractive hotels and restaurants offering high-calibre refreshments in scenic waterside surroundings.The local market is held every Tuesday in the town square.
A must-see when visiting Nyborg - which was the first capital of Denmark - is Nyborg Castle and the Church, “Vor Frue Kirke”, with the highest spire in Denmark, and right next door you can visit Korsbrødregården, the oldest building in Denmark.
Nyborg also has some of the best beaches in Denmark. All year round people flock to the beautiful coast to walk, jog or swim. On rainy days, Nyborg Svømme & Badeland waterpark offers activities for people of all ages. The town also has a small cinema.
Only 30 km. away is Odense, Denmark's third largest city, where you can experience the great writer, Hans Christian Andersen’s birthplace, which is now home to the Hans Christian Andersen museum. Among the biggest tourist attractions in Odense is the Zoo.
From Ørbæk, several of Denmark’s biggest attractions are within close range. To the east, in Copenhagen, you’ll find the Tivoli Gardens and amusement park and Amalienborg, the Queen’s residence, and to the west is the legendary Legoland as well as Djurs Sommerland, an other famous amusement park. These attractions are only a 1 ½ hour drive from Ørbæk, or easily reached via the super efficient train network from Nyborg. Trains to Odense, Copenhagen and all other major cities in Denmark leave every half hour from Nyborg train station.
