You are close to everything yet you can be away from it all. Enjoy the tranquility of Villa Serena or the downtown nightlife of Cabo San Lucas which is only 3 miles away.
The 3000 sq. ft. home has an open floor plan that lets all the brilliant light in.
2 large master bedrooms with baths and sitting areas, and another large bedroom and bath.. Large kitchen and dining area, and a beautiful palapa with 180 degree Sea of Cortez view. Wake up each morning to the magical sunrise and relax in the evening with the beautiful sunsets. Watch whales from the palapa from Dec. - April.
Enjoy the private neighborhood pool, you will probably be the only ones there, neighbors are friendly and helpful if you do see them. Villa Serena has its own private beach just a one minute walk, you will probably be the only ones there too.
Costco, Mega, and Walmart close for easy shopping access.

Our home is situated on the Sea of Cortez 3 miles from downtown. It's in a gated community, everyone that knows this neighborhood loves it. Its very relaxing, you can walk around the beautiful neighborhood day or night.... and see great ocean views. At night the sky is clear with lots of stars.
Shopping like Costo is close by, along with other supermarkets. My favorite restaurant is right next to this property, its called Villa Serena restaurant, they have very nice acoustic music at dinner, breakfast is awesome there too.
You can see fireworks from a nearby hotel every night at 9 pm. The whole area is spacious and relaxed.
