Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Casa Montana has a very nice views down through the valley of orange and lemon groves to the beautiful coast of the Northern Costa Blanca. You will need a car to go there. There is no wifi conexion in the house. There is air conditioning with heat pump in the lounge. In the rest of the rooms there are ceiling fans.
The 3 double bedrooms sleep six comfortably. A few villas share the lovely private gated pool. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The villa is laid out on three floors with the lounge dining and American kitchen plus cloakroom on the first level, from here is the large outside terrace with amazing views and steps down to a dining area. On the second level are two bedrooms, (one with a 150 cm bed and the other one with two 90cm beds) and a bathroom. The third bedroom is on the next level. You have to pass through the second room to get to the third room (with a 180cm bed). All the beds are only 190cm long. A little further down there is another room where we save things from the beach which also has a bathroom.There is also another terrace on the lower level with a small garden and table & chairs. All rooms have ceiling fans.
It is a perfect house to enjoy the beach of the Levante Spanish and at the same time have the tranquility of the mountain..
It's good for older kids, but for very young children it can be dangerous because it has many stairs.
You need to rent a car. It is about an hour from Valencia or Alicante.

Casa Montaña tiene unas vistas preciosas de todo el valle lleno de naranjos y limoneros. Se necesita coche para ir allí. No hay conexión WIFI en la casa. Hay aire acondicionado con bomba de calor en el salón. En el resto de habitaciones hay ventiladores de techo.
En las 3 habitaciones dobles duermen seis personas cómodamente. La casa forma parte de pequeña urbanización con piscina. La zona es muy tranquila y pacífica. La casa está distribuida en tres plantas con el salón comedor, cocina americana y un aseo en el primer nivel, desde aquí también se sale a una bonita terraza exterior con vistas impresionantes que da paso a un área de comedor. En el segundo nivel hay dos dormitorios, (uno con una cama de 150 cm y el otro con dos camas de 90cm) y un baño. El tercer dormitorio está en el siguiente nivel. Hay que pasar a través de la segunda habitación para llegar a la tercera habitación (con una cama de 180cm). Todas las camas tienen sólo 190cm de largo. Un poco más abajo hay otra habitación donde se guarda las cosas de la playa que también tiene otro baño. Hay otra terraza en la planta baja con un pequeño jardín y mesa y sillas. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo.
Es una casa perfecta para disfrutar de la playa del levante español y al mismo tiempo tener la tranquilidad de la montaña..
Es bueno para los niños mayores, pero para los niños muy pequeños puede ser peligroso porque tiene muchas escaleras.
Necesitas coche. Se encuentra a una hora de Valencia o Alicante.

Cities, towns and restaurants: Valencia - a truly vibrant city is just over an hours drive or let the train take the strain from Xeracho or Gandia. It is a very cosmopolitan city with museums, bull ring, designer shops, in door fruit and vegetable market and wonderful restaurants. L'Oceanographic
& Science Museum are near to the port.
Denia is full of cosmopolitan eating places, interesting shops and a castle that over looks the picturesque port with ferries to the Balearic Islands - take your car or go as a foot passenger or there are boat trips to the neighbouring coastal towns of Javea and Calpe each with their own charm. If your holiday is all about enjoying the local cuisine you will not be disappointed. Tapas, Valenciana paella, sea food and traditional local Spanish fare, not forgetting the many international restaurants to enjoy including Italian, Dutch, Indian, Greek Chinese all at incredibly good value.
Fiestas and places of interest: There are numerous local fiestas to enjoy - dont miss the famous Moors and Christians that each town and village celebrate at different times throughout the year. One of the oldest bullrings is in Ondara just a short drive from Adsubia and opens during July and August. The theme parks of Terra Mitica and Terra Natura and the water parks only 40 minutes drive away in
Benidorm. There are caves to visit in Benidoleig, Val d'Ebo and even in Adsubia. 18 hole Golf at Oliva Nova just a 15 minute drive and also at the fabulous La Sella Golf Course in Pedreguer. Walking can be enjoyed from the villa, whether it is mountain walking or just strolling through the orange groves, although there are many more walks in the region to be explored and enjoyed. Markets are held on different days in all the towns and villages. Go karting and wind surfing facilities are just a 15 minute drive away.
