Our home is bright and airy and has beautiful views in all directions. It has two bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen with fairly large social area, newly renovated bathroom combined with laundryarea and a separate guesthouse that sleeps two. There are two decks attached to the house in the south and west, so you have sun all day. One seperate deckarea by the outdoor jacuzzi with the woods behind, makes a nice remote feeling while enjoying the spa. The house is located on a 1 acre lot, with planned garden, wild nature and a large grassed area with the size of a small soccer field. We have a community dock on the lake just 150 yards from our house, where you can take a swim in the water. Right behind the house you have the woods, where you may by swedish law pick berries and mushrooms, or just explore the forrest.

Our home is situated in Bodarna, Uppsala Näs.
Bodarna is a small community of 50 households only 13 km from Uppsala city (15 minutes by car). The closeness to Arlanda airport (40 minutes away by car) and Stockholm (60 minutes away by car) makes our home the perfekt place to stay in when visiting Sweden!
The area is mostly farmland and we have closeness to the lake Mälaren and ancient woods. There are several old castles along the coast of Mälaren, which you may visit eather by boat or by car. We are related through Stinas sister to the main ecological dairy farm at Stabby gård.( 2 km away) Stabby gård is also a horse ranch and there are many beautiful horse trails in the area.
