Our home is a custom built 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a commanding and spectacular view of the city and the rivers. The house is centered around a gourmet kitchen with all the amenities for creating your own decadent meals or to enjoy eating at mealtime overlooking the many different views. The master bedroom is on its own wing and includes a luxurious en suite and private balcony. Heated floors throughout our entire home! Our home is child friendly as we have two young children ourselves.
Additional amenities include a brand new saltwater hot tub, 4 large screen smart tv's, espresso machine, children's toys and equipment, two sets of golf clubs (one right and one left) and an assortment of bikes.
We live in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood with many different hiking/biking trails right out our back door. A quick 5 minute drive down the hill takes you right into the city centre, restaurants, and shopping.
Sun Peaks Ski Resort is a quick 40 minute drive making day trips easy and fun!
We are centrally located in the province. Vancouver is 3 hours by car, Jasper/Banff is 4.5 hours and Seattle is 4 hours away.

Driving from major centres like Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton or Seattle is quick and convenient with three major highways passing through our city. Daily flights from Vancouver and Calgary to the newly renovated Kamloops Airport.
Kamloops is British Columbia’s second-sunniest city with over 2,000 hours of sunshine annually. In late February / early March daytime temperatures range from 3 - 8°C, while temperatures fall to -4°C at night. Kamloops receives over 120 hours of sunshine each month in February and March with less than 7mm of rain.
There are a variety of cafe's and restaurants in Kamloops including fine dining at Terra and Brownstone. For local beers try the Noble Pig or Red Collar Brewery. We have four local wineries including the beautiful Monte Creek Ranch winery where you can enjoy the wines and lunch on the patio. Take a day trip to the Okanagan Wineries to sample the renowned BC interior wines.
There are 13 local golf courses including the award winning Tobiano Golf Course. Spend the day on the course and then enjoy lunch or dinner at the clubhouse while taking in the spectacular views.

Guests enjoy award-winning downhill skiing, snowboarding and cross country skiing in the winter.
