Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home was recently renovated, it has a large open plan living area with kitchen, dining room and large family seating area, that houses a 65'' smart TV and remote control real flame gas fire. This room has 2 sets of double doors opening onto the south facing patio/ terrace and enclosed private rear garden with open views onto the Mourne mountains. The patio hosts a comfortable outdoor seating area as well as dining area and sun loungers. There is a home bar in the corner of the garden along with numerous garden toys including rebounder, archery, boules, football, basketball, badminton, tennis, skipping and a range of skateboards. We have PS4, XBox, Wii and a large selection of family board games, jigsaws and art + crafts. We have a home gym with a treadmill, spin bike, weights bench, selection of free weights, kettlebells yoga mats, yoga block, resistance bands and foam rollers. There is a full range of boxing equipment + an outdoor punch bag.
There is an additional 2nd living room with large TV and cosy open fire. We have 5 large bedrooms 3 with double beds (master with ensuite and 1 downstairs bedroom with direct access onto garden), two rooms with single beds, we also have 4 extra single put up beds if required. We have 3 bathrooms, 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs, to include a modern free standing bath and rainfall shower. There is also a separate generous sized home office and WiFi throughout the house. There is a utility area with direct access onto side garden.
We have a selection of mountain and road bikes suitable for adults and older children. There is a selection of musical instruments available including keyboards and guitars, violins. There is a hotel, great pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. On short bus route to Belfast city centre you can find a huge selection of cafes, bars, restaurants, entertainment and shopping to suit all tastes and budgets. Also 'Lets Go Hydro' the new Outdoor Aqua Park, Cable and Wake Boarding and luxury Glamping is within walking distance. Lets Go Hydro aqua park is also the closest of the many local organised Parkrun events (weekly+ 5k timed run). There are many golf courses and beautiful beaches within short drive.

Viisitors have private bedrooms/private bathroom with free standing bath + rainfall shower. Private living room with open fire, leather reclining sofas, large smart TV., Private fridge/freezer in shared utility area Shared use of cooking/indoor + outdoor lounging + dining areas/home gym fitness/ garden /garden bar/BBQ etc.

Our home is in a quiet residential area in the suburbs on a short bus route to Belfast City centre with its huge selection of cafes, bars restaurants, entertainment and shopping to suit all tastes and budgets. We are also a short drive to national heritage sites such as Game of Thrones area of Castle Ward, Delamont, Hillsborough Castle, Giants Causeway, Castlewellan, Mourne mountains and the famous Titanic centre, a selection of beautiful beaches, village towns and scenic walks. There are pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Also the new Outdoor Aqua Park and Cable and Wake Boarding, outdoor pool, open water swim and Kayak centre, drive-in movies and Summer Camps available for kids also ‘Luxury Glamping': all within walking distance of our home. Lets Go Hydro aqua park is also the closest of the many local organised Parkrun events (weekly+ 5k timed run). There are a variety of great golf courses nearby and the city hosts a wealth of festivals throughout the year. ( musical, culinary, dramatic, cultural and traditional). Our home is perfectly situated to tour many fabulous landmarks in Ireland.
