Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our apartment is on the ground floor, it´s very nice with a small garden and a patio. It is 105 m2 and has three bedrooms, which host 5 persons, and one bathroom (beds: 160cmx200cm, 140cmx200 cm, 110cmx200cm). We have a free private parking. From the kitchen window you have a view to the ocean and Mt. Esja. A shopping center is located very near with a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, fish shop, department store, fast food restaurants, ice cream parlor, library etc. There is an outdoor swimming pool in the neighborhood as well as ice skating rink, gym, a bowling alley and a movie theatre. In our neighborhood are nice walking paths, playgrounds for children and the sea shore is within walking distance where you can see sea birds and even some seals close to the shore.
As of summer 2025 we´ll also offer our summer house on Home Exchange. It is 60 m2 with 6 beds (4 adults and a bunker bed for teenagers/kids) and is located on the Golden Circle in South Iceland approx. 9 km away from Geysir hot spring and 25 km away from Gullfoss. The most visited tourist attractions are located in South Iceland like The Golden Circle, Gullfoss, Geysir, Seljalandsfoss, Skógarfoss, Þórsmörk, Vík, Reynisfjara, Jökulsárlón, Fjarðárgljúfur, Skaftafell National Park, Brúarárfoss (3 km away from the summer house), Brúarhlöð, Faxi waterfall, Vatnajökull, Kerið, Þingvellir National Park, the Secret lagoon and a lot more. We´ll offer our summer house as a special property but in some cases we can offer some days in it along with our apartment in Reykjavik. The summer house profile number is #2494789

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
We live in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea shore and there are many nice walking paths in the area. Also public playgrounds for children. It takes 10 minutes to drive to down town Reykjavik.
