Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

We have just finished building our new home. A beautiful pale grey New England style house. 5 Beds, 4 bathrooms, 2 en suites, large kitchen dinner, lounge, utility / laundry room with side access. We have a beautiful garden with a table tennis table on our patio, a trampoline and netball post in the garden as well as a tree swing and very cute tree house and fairy garden! We have a double garage with enough bikes for a family of 6 or 7 depending on ages. We have a cosy log burner in the lounge and a very sociable kitchen breakfast bar and separate tv room and office. Our house is calm and clean and surrounded by tree's in a very quiet road where the children can play out. We can Walk to the beach from our house and have some fun wooded areas to walk too to! We have a great thai restaurant about 15mins walk away or 3 mins in the car, with a small parade of shops with a small supermarket, a fabulous patisserie, petrol station, off license and traditional British fish and chip shop! We love where we live and are happy to advise you on the local area.The bedrooms are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 with single beds but plenty of floor space for more beds to be added! Any more information you may need we are happy to supply. Where we live is magic, we are a 15minute drive to the chain ferry to take you across to studland beach and the jurassic coast line of Dorset. We have sandy white beaches, surf shops and paddle boarding all available to rent or for lessons. Sailing in abundance and we are members of the local sailing club with 2 small oppie boats. London is easily accessed in a day for a day trip or fun over night experience or weekend. There is plenty of outdoors activites and adventuring to have around here. We have 3 children and live outdoors all year round.

We live in a surburban area of Poole in Dorset. Its called Lilliput, a very beautiful area, safe and friendly, great schools and wonderful neighbours. Local bars, cafes, patisseries and shops. Walkable to the beach with lovely sea views close by for evening fish and chip spots to sit and watch the sunset! Close to Sandbanks beach and harbour for plenty of watersports. Climbing centres around, paddleboarding and great cycle paths and sailing. Boat hire for fishing trips or speed boat trips available.

We are a 2hr train journey into central London for all the attractions
We have the New Forest, Studland and all the beauty of the Jurassic South Coast on our doorstep
