Why should our home be your choice?
If you are looking for a place where you can enjoy with your family, your friends or if you are in Split on business, then our home is the right place for you, because it’s situated in the city center. It’s far enough to avoid the crowds, but close enough to everything important. You will love it because of its location, lot of greenery, closeness to all the historic attractions, beaches, restaurants, bars and shops.
This modern and newly refurbished apartment (60 m2, first floor) is for 4 people. As you can see in the pictures, it has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with the living room and a balcony. In the first bedroom there is a king size bed (dimensions 180 x200 cm) and in the second bedroom the big bed can be separated in to two smaller ones (dimensions 90x200 cm). The almost all day sunlight will make your stay even more pleasant. You will get the experience of living in a modern apartment, situated in a historic building that looks directly on Archaeological museum.
SPLIT THROUGH THE SEASONS
Thanks to the Mediterranean climate, WINTERS are mild in Split, lasting from December to March, although the actual experience of winter can really be felt only in February. For this reason all the comforts of Split can be savoured for most of the winter, from sightseeing the Diocletian Palace to the tastings of all the delicacies in numerous restaurants, and at the CHRISTMAS FAIR on the Riva during the entire December Christmas holidays. It is not even so unusual to spend sunny winter mornings sitting on the café terraces.
SPRING in Split lasts from March to June, and it is one of the best seasons to visit Split. The average temperature is the ideal 20°C, abundant in sunny periods ideal for walking on Marjan, excursions, and even swimming in the late spring. During this season Split begins its life in the open, it is the waking moment of its streets and city squares.
Although high temperatures characterize the SUMMER in Split, sometimes even over 35°C, spreading from June to the end of September, you can find refreshment in the beautiful Adriatic sea on many of Split's beaches or on the nearby islands, while during the summer nights you can unwind through different events, such as the Days of Diocletian, Split summer festival and many others, where everyone can find something for themselves, and where you will experience a true Mediterranean hustle and bustle.
AUTUMN in Split lasts from September to December, in many ways it is the most beautiful time of the year to visit Split, especially at the end of September and in October. It is the time when the temperature of the sea is ideal, the summer heat is at its low, and the main season is still on.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
The apartment is situated in one of the most desirable parts of the city. It is surrounded with a lot of greenery and right next to it is the park of Emanuel Vidovic, where you can enjoy yourself by reading a book or playing with your kids. At only 20 minutes walking distance is a beach with crystal clear sea, surrounded with protected park/forest Marjan. Riva, Diocletian’s palace, cathedral and a lot of other interesting attractions are 800 m from the apartment. Archaeological museum is right across the street. If you are a football fan, then only 300 m away you can go visit the Poljud stadium and watch a game.
In the neighborhood there is a convenience store with a large selection of local food, in which you can buy original Croatian products. There are also bakeries, tobacco shops, court, police station, football stadium, and infirmary… In short, the apartment is located in a strategic position where everything that you might need is available by foot.
Considering the apartment location, you won’t be needing public transportation or taxi, unless you wish to go to some location further away. In that case I can give you tips about taxi services and prices. In front of the building there are a lot of parking spaces, which are charged by hour from 7 am to 7 pm. Price of one hour is 0.60-0.80 € (depending on season). You can buy a daily ticket. Price is 7.20-9.60 € (depending on season). Also, there are a few free parking spaces in front of the building.
