Welcome to Windsong at Wells Beach. Enjoy a surprisingly private, quiet setting on Wells Beach. Just two attached beach townhomes situated on an acre of beach dune. We have a new 1 bedroom separate Sunrise-Sunset guest suite attached to Unit 2 that sleeps 2..
Our private path (shared by all units) through the dune grass and beach roses leads directly to beautiful, sandy Wells Beach. Wells Beach is a large, mile long ocean beach perfect for swimming, body surfing, surfing, boogie boarding, jogging, walking. Our yard and area is a birdwatchers paradise.
Next door to our home is also a calm harbor beach and the Well's Jetty, perfect for scenic strolls and fishing. Walk across the street to Wells harbor for boating, kayaking and enjoying gorgeous sunsets. Fantastic sunrises are enjoyed from our home. Enjoy fishing off the jetty or surf casting on the beach all from your front door. This is a perfect setting for a couple or a family. We have a very large private quiet yard, driveway and plenty of parking at our home, which is rare for Wells Beach.
The home is comprised of 2 attached 3 level townhomes. One townhome, Windsong Unit 2 is our second home (sleeps max 4). The other townhome Windsong Unit 1 (sleeps max 4-6 adults max) which is a vacation rental during spring summer and fall. We have a new separate 1 bedroom guest suite sleeps max 2 adults.
Both Windsong Unit 1 and 2 townhomes are available for exchange based on availability. We have a new 1 bedroom guest suite without cooking facilities in the unit but has a BBQ grill to use. Please note our Windsong Units 1 and 2 are not available for JULY AND AUGUST exchange due to vacation rentals and our occupancy. We have included photos of both townhomes and guest suite in our listing for viewing.

Each townhome has 3 levels of living space with a basement with washer and dryer. Each home is set up basically the same. The first level has an entrance foyer leading into the kitchen with a bathroom on this level. Unit 2 has a shower in the 1st floor bathroom. Unit 1 has a half bathroom on the first floor. The kitchens are open to the dining rooms. New Unit 2 kitchen and 1st floor including bathroom coming summer 2023. Both kitchens are fully equipped for cooking. The living rooms have HDTV with cable and wifi throughout the home. Unit 2 has a gas fireplace with chairs and sitting area by fireplace. Off the dining rooms each condo has its own private patio with table chairs and BBQ grill. Each unit has their own separate and private yard space to enjoy the outdoors with hot and cold private enclosed outdoor showers. The second levels each have 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed with chair and sitting area. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bathroom has a shower tub combination toilet and sink. The third levels are set up a bit differently. Unit 2 the third floor is the master suite with queen bed with living room sitting area with futon, chair with ottoman, and TV. There is a full bathroom off the bedroom. Unit 2 and the guest suite share a new outdoor shower.
Unit 1 third floor bedroom has 4 twin beds and a sitting area with chair and ottoman to enjoy the views and a walk in closet-dressing room.
Nearly every room in the home boasts fantastic views of the water, harbor, beach, dune and sea roses.
Our guestsuite is attached to our Unit 2 and is above the garage (garage is not used during your stay) It is airconditioned. It has one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom with tub/shower combination, a kitchenette with toaster oven, microwave, small under counter refrigerator and coffee making appliances. It has a living room with gas fireplace smart flat screen TV with very basic channels (no cable TV) and has wifi internet and smart tv streaming. There are 2 balconies overlooking the ocean, jetties and harbor. One balcony is perfect for viewing our gorgeous sunrises, the other for our spectacular sunsets.
We love this home because we believe it is at the best section of Wells Beach. We are at the end of a beach road at the Wells beach and Drakes Island jetties. We have a large property, an acre of dune out to Wells beach so it is very quiet and private where we are. We have ample parking. We have a small harbor beach next to our house with no waves very safe for swimming. We have our own private path on our property that leads out to Wells beach and the large beach with waves good for body surfing, boogieboarding, surfing, surfcasting, walking etc...The jetty offers excellent opportunity for fishing. Kayaking is great in Wells Harbor across the street. We have the ocean beach on one side of the house, and Wells Harbor on the other side across the street. We often see seals in the harbor from our home! Birdwatching is fantastic from our home in our yard and all over Wells.
The sunrises from our home are just beautiful! Sunsets from the guest suite balcony over Wells Harbor across the street are unforgettable.

Miles of paths at Wells reserve are available for hiking, biking and strolling and numerous golf courses are located in the area. Local events and craft fairs are held at various times of the year and are open to the public.
Dining selections include lobster and clam shacks, restaurants and fine dining establishments. The area offers historic sites, lighthouses, antique shops, collectible bookstores, outlet stores and general retail stores for every taste and budget.
The Wells Transportation Center is home to the Downeaster Passenger Train operated by Amtrak which runs from Boston's North Station to Brunswick, Maine. The center is served by taxis and an in-season trolley service. Parking is FREE.
The charming town of Ogunquit is to our south and Kennebunkport to our north. The foodie mecca Portland, Maine is a short 40 minute drive to the north. Portsmouth, New Hampshire is a short 30 minute drive to our south.
Boston is a 90 minute drive south on route 95.
Closest airports are Portland International (40 minute drive) Maine. Pease airport, New Hampshire (30 minute drive) and Boston Logan international (90 minute drive).
