Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

Here is some information so you can get to know about us and our home:

We live in Voorhees, New Jersey, which is exactly 90 miles from Broadway in New York City (an easy 90 minute drive). Philadelphia, home of the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Philadelphia Phillies baseball team, Philadelphia Eagles (American) Football, and the Art Museum shown in the movie "Rocky". The drive to Philadelphia is an easy 25 minutes away ( or about 15 miles). Princeton University is less than one hour driving and Atlantic City gambling & entertainment and the Jersey Shore (45 minutes away). Washington, D.C. is 2 ½ hours away.

Our house (and family) was featured in the April 1997 issue of Money
Magazine. It has 2 master bedroom suites, ceiling mounted 55" 4K TV with SmartHub (Amazon Prime included), view of lake from the bed, and includes a huge bathroom overlooking the lake we are on. This ceramic bath has a large Jacuzzi whirlpool, a shower and other amenities. There is also a second floor conservatory with computerized exercise treadmill.
Next to this is a 2nd Master Suite with large bedroom and newly finished Tuscan-themed bathroom with beamed cathedral ceiling and huge shower. There are two other bedrooms and a guest suite (sleeps 3), and a full bath on the second floor.

The first floor consists of a formal living room with fireplace, dining room, and washroom with washer/dryer and laundry chute from second floor. Also, on the first floor (ground floor) is the huge kitchen and garden dining area (overlooking garden and lake), Sun-room, outdoor deck with BBQ grill, large family room with 65" 4K TV with SmartHub, a playroom with a networked computer and an expanded two car garage. The house is centrally air-conditioned, there is Wi-Fi throughout, both TV's are cable with over 100 channels and have "TiVo" like HD recording. There is a coded alarm to the house and we have home cleaners that would be available if desired.

As for the neighborhood, it is an award winning area, noted for how wooded and natural it is. You would never know you were in the most densely populated state in the US!

There is a small private beach and dock in our backyard, and we have a canoe and kayak. We have inflatable floats and boats for the lake, which gets very comfortable in the summer. Next to us is a full sized basketball court and the association beach, which is protected by lifeguards during the Summer. (The lake water is tested every week for cleanliness). This beach area is large and has lots of sand, volleyball court, and picnic area with BBQ grill and a $50,000.00 playground set with swings. There is a second similar beach with playground across the lake you can use and there are 4 other lakes in walking/biking distance. One block away are tennis courts and a football field. Less than 3 miles away is the world famous Pine Valley Golf Course. This is a perfect vacation area in itself.

We have a 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid (40 mpg) with navigation (GPS). Sometimes our Mercedes convertible is available. There are bicycles in the two car garage. We can provide a long list and a discount coupon book for scores of good restaurants ("two for one" coupons) and for hotels and motels nationwide, also local goods, services, entertainment and tourist attractions.)

Our children are grown and have their own homes, our youngest is at University and we have no smokers. As far as you and your children are concerned, there may have some interest in:
