Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home is a charming, traditional Cape Cod style home in a quiet neighborhood. Our home has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has two twin beds. We also have a sofa that pulls out to a single bed. We have two full bathrooms, a spacious updated kitchen, dining room and family room. Our favorite part of the house is the backyard and deck. We spend most of our time in the yard and having our meals on the deck.
Additional access to home on Cape Cod or cottage in Maine possible.
A wonderful amenity is the ability to walk to all you need. Within a ten minute walk you can find: the commuter boat to Boston, a great playground, two grocery stores, a gym, wonderful nature walking paths through the woods and along the beach, a new movie theater and a shopping! All you might need to enjoy your stay on days you want to stay closer to home or head into Boston. The commuter train is just a few minutes away and there is a bus to access the local metro if you prefer.
Day trips abound from our home. In 10 minutes you can be a at a great Atlantic Ocean beach that is wonderful for children. Our town has an extensive state park for walking or riding bike. Our house is also just a short drive to Cape Cod, the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, beautiful Maine, Vermont and the rest of New England.
As a home with younger children, we have lots of books, art crafts, toys, to entertain families as they relax at home. We also have 2 adult bikes and two childrens bikes (for my 7 and 9 year old)
Our home has wireless internet, cable tv and a washer/dryer and a fully updated modern kitchen.

Finally, there is a great playground and nature walk along the water just at the end of our small street.
From our home you can walk 10 minutes to a commuter boat that will bring you directly to Boston or Logan airport. You can also access Boston by the large commuter train or take a combination of bus and metro. Each of these trips take less than an hour from door to door.
Cape Cod is 45 minutes away. And New York City is easily accessible by train and only 3.5 hours away, making it a great option for a day trip or visiting for a couple of days! If cooler, ocean front beauty is more your style, Maine is only 2 hours away.
Our town, Hingham, is a quintessential New England town. It was established at the beginning of our country and many homes date back to the 1600s. Our Main Street was once called "The most beautiful street in America" by Eleanor Roosevelt, a former First Lady of the United States. Hingham is located on the ocean and is located just south of Boston. Hingham has beautiful parks and hiking, a charming downtown area that you can walk to, and a quaint farm with a great walking path and animals that visit. The most beautiful walks can be found at Lands End, which is a peninsula that extends out into the ocean offering a 5 mile loop and smaller hikes for exploring.
