Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Welcome to our lovely mid century house! It is open, spacious and full of bright light. The kitchen and bathrooms a little dated from the 90's yet our home is very comfortable, clean and as most people share serene and peaceful. The beautiful back yard is great for shade, sun, bbq, reading quietly under the beech tree. In summer months, the gardens is bountiful.
There are two bedrooms. One is a large master bedroom with a King bed and an ensuite toilet and sink. The other is a smaller room with a Queen bed, with a washroom next to it. There is a 3rd room that has been converted to a a meditation room with a therapy spa bath, for those soaker relaxing moments. The house has been previously adapted for wheelchair and has accessible features such as a ramp and handrails in the home for walking. Heated by hot water radiators, it is warm and cozy in the winter and cool and fresh in the summer.
And one of the features we love about our home is...... proximity to everything.... it is a 5 minute walk to downtown Comox, directly across from a 9 hole golf course, 10 minutes to 3 marinas for sailing, 15 minute bike to a swimming beach, 30 minute drive to Comox Lake and 3 rivers and 45 minute ride to Mount Washington for fabulous downhill and cross country skiing in winter and mountain biking and hiking in the summer. In the spring, we can ski and sail in the same day! Plus, it has a farmer's market that's incredible, several award winning wineries, cheese, yogurt and overall, the community is friendly and it's very safe for all ages.
So come and visit! We believe you will come back again and again. That's why we live here .

Comox is a quaint town of about 4500 people located on the Salish Sea on the East Coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
It is about 3 hours south of the city of Victoria and is situated in an area, called the Land of Plenty, the Comox Valley.
Being on the ocean, the Town of Comox has a couple of marinas with plenty of water activities and beaches, 10 minutes from the house.
Not far from town, there are both lakes and rivers to enjoy. There are several mountains and one well established ski hill, Mount Washington, which is a 45 min drive.
There is an international airport in Comox, as well as Harbour Air which flies direct between Vancouver and Comox.
It is a wonderful, charming town to visit. It is quiet, friendly, and has couple of great restaurants and shops and many activities for people who love being outdoors.
