We have decided to share our home in Cartagena, and hope that you can come to stay and enjoy it and care for it as if it is yours. This is a new 126 sqm apartment that has been recently equipped with quality furniture. Ideal for business travelers and couples.
Because our building is a home for many, a strict 30day/1 month minimum stay rule is in place. sorry for short term exchangers but we must be firm on this rule.
Balcony: - Awesome Views of the ocean, the Lagoon, Bocagrande and the city. - Friday night look out for the fireworks in the old city - Options for a hammock and foldup tables and bar stools (tables are stored in the laundry area)
Living room: - Air conditioning - Spacious - Custom made sofa and 2 chairs - Coffee table - Adjacent social bathroom Dinning room: - Table with space for six - Tons of light - Adjacent breakfast bar with bar stools for four
Kitchen: - Lots of light - Good sized refrigerator with water dispenser - Stove/oven with vent - Cooking utensils Laundry: - Wet area with washer and dryer - Vacuum cleaner - Cleaning equipment - Adjacent service bathroom and shower
