We’ve recently completed renovations of our living room and kitchen. In addition we added extensive landscaping, fencing and a large back yard deck including an outdoor sauna. Also, all the furnishing have been updated. I guess it’s time to post some new photos.
We are mainly taking reciprocal exchanges either simultaneous or non-simultaneous. However, we will consider any request.
Moab is in the heart of Southeast Utah canyon country. It is the perfect base for visits to Arches National Park (entrance station 3 miles) and Canyonlands National Parks (both the Island in the Sky and the Needles District).
Enjoy mountain biking, rafting, jeeping, canyoneering, rock climbing, hiking and even back country skiing in the Lasal Mountains. Or just relax and enjoy the beautiful red rock vistas and the local shops and restaurants.
Our home is just blocks off Main Street. It is centrally located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The property is over an acre and Mill Creek runs through the backyard which has a bike/walking path right to downtown.
The home was newly constructed in 2011 and is over 4,000 square feet (approximately 400 meters). The main level has the kitchen, living, media, office and dining rooms along with a powder room. It is an open floor plan including kitchen, dining and living room. The second level has four bedrooms and three full baths. The master has a full en-suite bathroom with separate shower and tub. Two bedrooms are connected by a full Jack-n-Jill bath. The additional guest room has a full bath directly across the hall. In addition, there is a workout room/gym, laundry room and bonus room (above the garage).
The yard is fully landscaped except for the open, naturally wooded space leading to the creek. Back porch/deck (extensively expanded March 2022) is the perfect place to relax after a day of adventuring. BBQ and kickback while you enjoy the sounds of the creek.

Quiet neighborhood, mostly families and year round residents. Situated just blocks from Main St., entrance to Sand Flat Recreation Area (slickrock) and Arches National Park. A Bike/Walking path along Mill Creek runs adjacent to the home. We are easy ten minute walk to Main Street or one minute to the famous Milt's Stop and Eat.
