Our 4 level split home is open, bright and inviting! From the large entranceway to the sunny south facing windows and spacious kitchen, we hope you will feel at home as well!
Our home has 3 bedrooms upstairs; the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite, and two other bedrooms upstairs . We also have another full bathroom on this floor. The ground level floor has a roomy 4th bedroom, currently with a bed for two. There is also an area that we use to enjoy a workout. The door to the backyard is on this level. Our backyard backs onto a walking path, so it's easy to just head out and explore around the neighbourhood. With just a short walk up the hill, you will be rewarded with beautiful views of both downtown and the Rocky Mountains.
The main area of our home boasts a spacious kitchen for entertaining and cooking, and one of our most favourite spots in the house, the bright, warm and sunny south facing windows. This makes for a wonderful afternoon of vitamin D in the comfort of your own space (even if it's -30 outside!).
We love to use our large oversized garage for playing hockey, kicking around some soccer balls, or sitting in while enjoying our smoker in the driveway.
This area is wonderful for the outdoor enthusiast, as you do not have far to drive to find some fun! We are just a 5 minute drive to Nose Hill Park, the third largest urban park in Canada! Lots of trails to discover by foot or pedal!
Just a few minutes away in the next community there are botanical gardens, boardwalks and trails with views.
We have a few shopping areas nearby for all your food, clothing, and entertainment needs!
Canada Olympic Park, home of the 1988 Olympics, is a quick 10 minute drive away. The mountains can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your destination!
With a bus stop up the hill and 2 C-Train stations within 10 minutes away, you can forget the worries and headache of parking a car downtown!
We are a family of 5 and enjoy getting out and about. Whatever the season, we are able to point you in the direction of your choosing! And we hope our house will be a comfortable retreat to come back to after your adventures.

We are located well to travel both within the City and to the surrounding area. We are located conveniently close to transit routes, have quick access into downtown and to the mountains. We are centrally located between two major plazas where groceries, shops and athletic facilities can by utilized. There are plenty of walking paths in the community and bike trails to be had inside and outside the City. Our neighbours are friendly and kind and most importantly, our community is safe with a very low crime.
