Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
The main floor has one bedroom with ensuite and a stunning open plan kitchen dining and living room all facing sea views of 90 Mile Beach. There is an additional guest WC and laundry room, an office, and large garage with boogie boards, kayak, stand up paddle board, sand toboggans, dartboard and carpet ball table. A half bedroom hides off the laundry room with it’s own shower.
Downstairs has a cozy lounge and kitchen along with three bedrooms with queen sized beds all with French doors that open up to the stunning views and outdoor area lawn, bush and steps up to the hot tub and picnic area. You can simply live upstairs, or use both floors if you want to have your own space from family or friends. There is Sky TV on both floors, Nerflix/Apple TV in the living room and WiFi throughout the house. There are plenty of amazing spots to sit and listen to the waves or watch the stars amongst the views of sea in front and hills behind.

Grab a stone grilled meal at the Ahipara Bay Motel just down the street, or get some fish & chips at Bidz in Ahipara.
Minutes from Kaitaia and all the facilities of Te Ahu Centre iSite, library, museum and movie theatre. They also have the Saturday market, PacNSave grocery, and several cafes and restaurants in Kaitaia. You can call Sand Safaris for a fun filled day trip to Cape Reinga starting with a drive on the beach. Or stay in Ahipara for a beach horse trek, four wheel driving along the beach, or golf at the Kaitaia Golf Club end of Takahe St. in Ahipara, at the edge of the Tasman Sea.
