Our bright, modern home is located within the village of Spean Bridge, 10 miles north of Fort William (Ben Nevis) in Lochaber, “The Outdoor Capital of the UK”. Our contemporary home is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. We are centrally located to explore the Highlands of Scotland by car.
The house is on one level and includes 3 double bedrooms (master with en-suite), family shower room, laundry room and spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. The house faces south; large windows allow in lots of light and stunning views of the mountains. The house is warm with underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. We have a well equipped kitchen with utility/laundry room and a small cloakroom off.

Located within the region of Lochaber (known as the “Outdoor Capital of the UK), our home is well placed to explore the West Highlands of Scotland and the Cairngorms. Places to visit include Glencoe, the Ardnamurchan Peninsula, the Small Isles, Loch Ness & Inverness and Aviemore. The Isle of Skye can be toured on a long day trip. Our immediate neighbourhood offers walks through forests, our nearby lochs and the Caledonian Canal. If you’re into mountain biking, this is the place for you with our world famous downhill track at the Nevis Range. You could visit the most remote and highest train stations in the UK (Corrour & Rannoch) or take the “Harry Potter”, Jacobite Steam Train, from Fort William to the small fishing port of Mallaig.
