Our place is located on the seafront in an urbanization with pool and green areas. Therefore, no car needed.
Surveillance 24 hours/7 days a week.
Located at the Costa del Sol
It is a single floor flat consisting of a terrace with sea views, living room, kitchen and laundry room, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms that belongs to a development with an outdoor swimming pool, paddle courts and gardens.
The flat has its own parking space and storage room and is located on the first floor with access from the garage through the elevator or from the entrance of the building also provided with an elevator.
Sabinillas, as it is popularly known among the locals, is a neighborhood in the town of Manilva located on the Costa del Sol in the province of Malaga.
Although it is primarily a holiday destination, it offers many possibilities for activities and having a good time outside the summer months.
If you like water activities, you can practice a lot of them but if you prefer hiking or simply running or taking long walks there are many interesting places where you can go too.
The geographical location of our place allows you to visit a large part of the nearby Andalusian geography from Gibraltar, Tarifa, Estepona, Marbella, Ronda to cities such as Malaga, Seville, Cadiz, Cordoba or Granada.
Visiting Morocco is a very simple option and I assure you that you will be surprised!!!!
The closest airport to our house is Malaga, although you can also arrive from Gibraltar, Seville, Granada or Jerez de la Frontera.

Quiet and very familiar atmosphere.
Unbeatable climate.
You can do almost everything here.
You have for example water parks in Mijas and Algeciras.
Nice and close villages such as Manilva and Casares.
Kite surfing or Wind surfing in Tarifa.
Puerto Banús with its beautiful yachts.
There are local markets in Sabinillas, Sotogrande, Estepona or Marbella.
Estepona is 10-15 minutes by car and if you like gastronomy I can advise you where to go. Very well connected by bus too.
There are golf courses all over the area.
If you like nature, you should not forget to get your tickets for "El Caminito del Rey"
Sierra Nevada in Granada for skiing in winter.
A plus if you want to go shopping are the various shopping centres in the area: La Cañada in Marbella, Miramar in Fuengirola or Plaza Mayor in Malaga.
