Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Our home is a townhouse, one of six units. We have wonderful neighbors who are always pleasant, courteous, quiet, and ready to help if needed. At the ground level there is a two car garage that we actually use for two cars. Also on the ground floor is a playroom with a ping pong table, a sink, and a refrigerator. A door from the playroom goes straight out to the backyard and the dock and the pool. The playroom is not air-conditioned.
On the first floor is the living room/pool room and large fully equipped kitchen with a convenient eat-in area, and a half bath. In the living room is the TV and home entertainment center with streaming capability for Netflix, Prime, etc. Here also is a full size slate pool table if that's what you like, and a fully functional fireplace, although there isn't much use for that here in Florida. Two large sliding glass doors give a spectacular view of the waterway and lead out to an open deck. There is about 1100 sq ft on this floor.
On the second floor are the bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry room. The master bedroom is on the waterside of the house, and also has a great view of the waterway and a separate deck outside. The master bath has huge mirror which gives a spectacular view of the waterway and the entrance to the Gulf of Mexico about a thousand feet from the dock. From the tub you are looking outside and to the Gulf through a large window. The bed is a California King.
The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, and both the master and second bedrooms have televisions with streaming capability.
We have configured the third bedroom as our office, but we have a day bed which converts to a full size bed. We have used this bed for our grandkids many times.
There is also a full size bathroom in the hall between the Master bedroom and the two others. In addition, a laundry room boasts front loading washer and dryer.

The townhouse is on a natural waterway, swimming pool, close to Gulf of Mexico beaches, many restaurants within walking distance, 1 hour to Busch Gardens, 90 minutes to Universal, Disneyworld, Mainland.

Our home is on a natural waterway. From our dock we can water ski, kayak, paddle board and fish.
Beautiful public beaches are about six blocks away.
We are less than two hours away from Disney World, Universal, and Sea World.
