This is a lived in second home. It is located in an upmarket residential area minutes from a busy urban hub with great shopping and transport links.
Filled with light, the house has 2 double bedrooms, a single room, shower room, kitchen, diner, living room, downstairs toilet, hallways, and access to a 10m back garden.
The house overlooks a large 7 acre open parkland with tennis court available only to residents.
Equipped with all the household basics and including Wi-fi, this home offers a space to rest after a day in the city or after enjoying the coastal walks nearby.
The house best suits 4 comfortably as there is just one shower room. The second bathroom is downstairs and has a toilet and hand basin.
If you need children's bedding, buggies or toys, please let us know as we can save you bringing them.
We can leave whatever is needed for your use.
The house is walking distance from the south Dublin villages of Stillorgan and Blackrock villages and numerous public transport links, buses, local city train and aircoach to airport.
Ideally located for UCD, Michael Smurfit Business School & the city colleges. Close to several hospitals - St John of Gods, St. Vincent's, Blackrock Clinic, and the Beacon Clinic..
Our house is also perfect for seeing the sights of Dublin and its surroundings, including wonderful museums and art galleries, Trinity College & the Book of Kells; Guinness Storehouse; Temple Bar to name but a few. Visit the coastal villages of Blackrock, Dunlaoighre, Dalkey and Killiney.
Our house is our 'city home' now and we use it every week. Our belongings are in the house.
We are happy to offer it for Guest Point exchange during the summer or holidays. Minimum stay 7 nights. Cleaning & linen /towel rental charge applies.

Our home sits quietly looking onto a 7 acre open green parkland setting. There are tennis courts available for guest use. The city which is 15 minutes away by car or 20 minutes by bus has great restaurants, trendy cafes, cool food shops, hip and traditional pubs and a nightlife of its own. Stillorgan village which is just up the road has everything one needs. There are supermarkets, food stores, wine shops, cafes, restaurants, banks, post office, hardware shops, petrol station, cinema, printing/stationery shop, children's toy shop, book shops, hairdresser, barber shop, beauty salons, doctor and dentist.
The sea is down the road in Blackrock and other seaside villages of DunLaoighre/ Dalkey and Killiney are a short jouney on the local DART train. You can swim in Seapoint or Killiney.
Wonderful friends live close by and can pop by if needed and we are a phone call away.
Stillorgan is serviced by the Aircoach No 700 direct to/from Dublin airport.

Super location, close to the city and the sea. It is a bright yet warm and cosy space full of personality. Private and quiet. Our city home has its own front door and back door leading to a 10 metre/ 30 ft private garden. Our son uses our home throughout the year as he is studying in Dublin. Hence, it is only available in summertime. Minimum stays 7 nights. As we live 2 hours away in the country and this is our second home, we use a laundry/linen service. There is a charge for this service. If you are happy to accept this, we ask that you pay this on arrival on receipt of keys. As security, we request a copy of the passport details.
No smoking/vaping/recreational drugs. No pets. No parties allowed. No e scooters or bikes in house. Noise restrictions apply 2200 - 0800.
In relation to access, there is a great public bus system within a short stroll from the house that serves the city, the seaside, and the trainlines to the country. It is advisable to buy a leap card which allows for hassle free trips on the bus and Dart light train service.
The No. 700 Aircoach from the airport services the village every 20 minutes. If driving, we have good access to the M50, which is the ring road that serves the airport and all routes to the country.
