Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement
Welcome to one of the most beautiful towns in Germany! It is well-situated on the big lake (Lake of Constance, Bodensee) and one part of the Rhine river. It has an old historic medieval part, 5-10 minutes away from my apartment. The lake is just 7 minutes away, where you can enjoy the stunning views (on a good-weather-days you can see the Austrian and Swiss alps over the lake) and take a walk on the promenade. My apartment is also 5 minutes away from the central train station.
It is small, but perfect for 1 person or a couple. Inside you have a nice double bed, a leather sofa and a chair. The kitchen is also small, but you have everything you need: a hotplate with different pans and pots, an oven, an espresso machine with milk shaker (for a cappuccino in the morning). You will get fresh bath towels and bedclothes. You can also use my iMac if you want.
I will provide a manual for you to feel like at home.

Ce que vous allez adorer dans le quartier
A shopping center (Lago) with a supermarket, coffee shops, Italian and Asian food is just around the corner. Swiss walking border is also in front of the house. In the town there are a lot of very good restaurants, which I include in my manual. You can also visit some places where you can have a very tasty regional beer and wine.
The Swiss and Austrian Alps are 1 hour driving away from Konstanz. In Switzerland there are some most beautiful nature places I have ever seen. I've added some of the photos here so you know what I mean. :) It's a pleasure to go hiking and enjoy the mountains in the summer and go skiing in the winter.
During summer time you can go swimming in the lake, very refreshing.

I work as an iOS developer at a local small company, and it is possible for me to work remotely for a couple of days. If I don't take my car in the exchange period, you are free to use it. Maybe we can also exchange cars if it's possible to get a public transportation. My bicycle is also at your disposal. In the city there is also a bike rental is you want.
