Ce que vous allez adorer dans ce logement

We have a lovely, spacious home on a quiet street, very close to the city centre. Upstairs is a living area, dining room, kitchen, mud room, sunroom, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downstairs we have 2 bedrooms, a laundry, shower/toilet, a small kitchen area and a games room with a pool table, table tennis table and TV, ideal for young kids and teens. This room leads onto a private and sunny backyard with a trampoline. PLEASE NOTE: the downstairs area is currently tenanted until late 2025.

Our home was built in the 1960s but has been modernised over the years. We live at the end of a cul-de-sac next to a primary school. It’s a very safe and pleasant environment for families.

We are close to everything you need - supermarkets, restaurants, golf clubs and walking tracks along the waterfront. We can walk into town and just a 10 minute drive away is the beautiful town of Mount Maunganui, boasting the best beach in New Zealand and a delightful township of unique shops and cafes. We live in a slice of paradise!

We live on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to the city centre. Around the corner is a supermarket and some local shops/restaurants. We have a beautiful harbour nearby with several easy walking tracks. Across the bridge in Mount Maunganui is Mauao, an extinct volcano with tracks leading around and up, where you will see a spectacular view of the beach and surrounding township. It is one of the most popular walking tracks in New Zealand. The beach is a surfer’s paradise with an ocean beach on one side and a safe harbour on the other. A popular destination for cruise ships from around the world. An absolute treasure. If you love the outdoors you will find plenty to do in the local area.
