6 bedroom 5 bath waterfront home. Come relax at Lake Martin and enjoy this cozy vacation rental located in a no wake slough. Close to hiking trails and restaurants by land and close to Chimney Rock, Chuck's Marina, and Goat Island by water.
There are 2 main bedrooms in this home and both have king beds, double sinks in the bathrooms, and washer and dryers in the closets. 2 Guest bedrooms upstairs share a bath. One has a queen bed and the other 2 full beds. A third upstairs bedroom has a king bed and a private bath. The Downstairs bedroom has three sets of bunk beds and a queen bed . The downstairs bathroom is accessible from the guest room and the living room. 2 Full updated kitchens - one downstairs and one on the main level, 2 dining rooms, and 2 living areas with gas stone fireplaces. One living area has a 70" TV and the other has a 50" TV. There is an air hockey table, board games, and wifi. Kayaks and life jackets are available upon request.
The covered dock has a floating pier and sitting area. Perfect to relax, swim, and kayak.
